I bought it for cooling off while out in the sizzling days of heat in the summer.

I purchased this particular item for work, I had seen other people using them and they seemed to be happy with them. The fan was only about a week old when I could not get it to charge any more. It has been replaced and hopefully this lasts longer. Also the replacement is not exactly the same unless the first one had a defective of some kind. The first fan had an adjustable fit around your neck.

Just received it, it did arrived charged, but I immediately took the included cord to try and see if it needed charging, and found that the enclosed cord will not fit. The manufacturer enclosed a USB A cord to charge but the connection on the device is USB C. Please be careful and dont damage the charging port by trying to connect the enclosed cord because what has been sent is not at all what you will need to recharge the cooler --you will need to use a USB-C cord. Otherwise it is acceptable, it has the 3 speeds the highest is fairly loud, but it does put just a little less air than if I was fanning myself quickly with a paper fan. The reduced air is worth the less effort.

I have found this is really handy if you sweat easily, or you deal with hot flashes. Flexible, so you can aim the air where it helps you the most. Packaging states it will last up to 6 hours on a full charge. At full blast, both myself and a coworker (who also has one) have noted the average charge is perhaps 2 hours. Not sure if lower fan settings extend the battery life more, as I always use it on full blast. While not particularly noisy if youre a few feet away from it, if it is around your neck, it generates enough white noise that sometimes it can be tough to hear things going on settings you (like people talking or the radio).

I bought 2 of these 3 weeks ago. Notice how it says up to 6 hours. I work 10 hours a day. First use i got out of one was 4 hours. Second use i got 5 hours and 30 minutes. I went home and i put them on the charger. The next day. I waited till they were full on a non fast charger. It took a few hours. Brough them to work. First one lasted 2 hours . the second one lasted 4. Each day i used them. Its like the run time goes down. Now theyre both at 2 hours. Max. So at 30 bucks and only almost 2 weeks on them . its not worth it. The battery lifes inconsistent. I kept them both on high and they both run differently i was going to return the first time around memorial day i realised this item had a faulty battery life. But second guest myself on it . but now im not going to buy another one. Its really not worth it.

Got this for a family member who needs to avoid the heat as much as possible. She said its of course not like being in the cool house or car but that it helps some with regulating her temp outside. It can especially depend on just how hot it is outside. It is most beneficial when she can be in the shade and have cold water. Having a little extra moving air close to her can be helpful. So far its holding-up to being used a lot

My husband actually uses this product all the time. I was very surprised. He has Ashma and likes airflow constantly. This product is so good for him. The only issue was he manhandled it straight from the package and broke the neck part where you spread it open. He glued it because he did not want to exchange it. It works beautifully still. I would still buy it again. I want one now with the weather being in the high 90s lately.

I like the machine. The Artic Air neck. But it didn’t come with the charger. When I called I was told they couldn’t send me one only give me $5 off my original purchase. I had to find a 3 rd party available charger to but through Walmart. So whereas I like the product, I recommend finding another company to buy it from.

Use this product while attending outside events and the weather is hot. The product works well and I liked it so much that we bought one for each member of the family. Now we have 4.
