I love my Artic Neck fan. I love it so much I own 3 of them. The best part is you never have to buy batteries!! Im a waitress and I wear it every day I work. It works great for working outdoors!! I use it when Im mowing the yard or working in my flowers. I had some of my customers asking if I had a headset on. Of course I said no its my personal fan. I am a spokes person for this company. I have described it to my customers and have had at least 5 people order them while waiting for there food. I even ordered 6 of these for Christmas gifts.

Had to send back, not for anyone with a thick neck, otherwise very cool.

Use this product while attending outside events and the weather is hot. The product works well and I liked it so much that we bought one for each member of the family. Now we have 4.

When I got mine I had to test it out and I was very surprised that it did its job very comfortable and light weight so you dont feel like you are carrying weights aping your neck

It doesnt cool the air it just moves air its a fan

This item helps a lot when I am working in the kitchen on these hot Phoenix days.

Easy to use. If you are already in a/c it blows cold. If you are outside in heat it blows the temperature of the air you are in. Battery life was fine. It wasnt what I expected but I will continue to use it.

Just received it, it did arrived charged, but I immediately took the included cord to try and see if it needed charging, and found that the enclosed cord will not fit. The manufacturer enclosed a USB A cord to charge but the connection on the device is USB C. Please be careful and dont damage the charging port by trying to connect the enclosed cord because what has been sent is not at all what you will need to recharge the cooler --you will need to use a USB-C cord. Otherwise it is acceptable, it has the 3 speeds the highest is fairly loud, but it does put just a little less air than if I was fanning myself quickly with a paper fan. The reduced air is worth the less effort.

The product did not meet my expectations as an only kept my body some somewhat cool also the charge did not last long enough to cut my grass and work in the garden

There are three levels of fan speed. Low and medium speed are not too noisy, but high is a little loud. It definitely keeps me cooler, and I find that I sweat much less when wearing it. I bought two, but the battery life is inconsistent between the two units. One unit lasts about 4 hours on low, 3hours on medium, and 2 hours on high. The other unit is 3,1.5, and 1. I use the device while I am working in a warehouse that has no AC.
