    I bought it for cooling off while out in the sizzling days of heat in the summer.

    Just received it, it did arrived charged, but I immediately took the included cord to try and see if it needed charging, and found that the enclosed cord will not fit. The manufacturer enclosed a USB A cord to charge but the connection on the device is USB C. Please be careful and dont damage the charging port by trying to connect the enclosed cord because what has been sent is not at all what you will need to recharge the cooler --you will need to use a USB-C cord. Otherwise it is acceptable, it has the 3 speeds the highest is fairly loud, but it does put just a little less air than if I was fanning myself quickly with a paper fan. The reduced air is worth the less effort.

    I love the price, how it’s flexible, and charge life. Only issue is I have a dry eye problem and it blows upwards onto my face right into my eyes. So I have to pick and choose when I use it as my eyes want to pour tears out while using.

    I gave them to a relative who is plagued by hot temperatures. They worked perfectly as advertised. Thank you;

    There is light only on one side. It is not as strong as the others I bought and this was the most expensive one. Why should it cost me to return if defective?

    I very much wanted to love this but its not powerful enough to overcome hot flashes. It does offer some relief if I turn it around and use it backwards so its blowing up my neck. If I dont turn it backwards then its blowing directly into my eyes, which are already dry. It is lacking the oomph needed to keep someone cool during running out doing yard work. I do give it stars for being malleable so that it can be put around large or small necks. I take away stars for the fact that it still winds my hair into its mechanism though it states that it wont. I normally have my hair up but I can feel and hear the baby hairs hitting the internal mechanics. I will caution everyone that although this one didnt live up to my expectations, none of them do. Ive tried several of these neck fans and theyre simply not strong enough. Every last one of them blows air into the eyes instead of under the chin or along the neck. For the price however, I would get a USB portable fan that can be aimed wherever you want, or a fan that plugs into your phone if something smaller and portable is needed. I have a 2.99 fan I bought in a box store and it plugs into any phone. That fan moves a Lot of air for being so small. At restaurants I ask for an empty 16 oz glass and put my phone upside down in that glass and voila, fan stand!

    Loved it for cooling off my husband after working in yard in 104 degree heat! Wished it lasted longer!
