Greater than one weekI wear this on my neck to do car duty in the South Florida sun and it definitely makes a difference. My only complaint is that the air could be cooler.

> 3 dayMy husband actually uses this product all the time. I was very surprised. He has Ashma and likes airflow constantly. This product is so good for him. The only issue was he manhandled it straight from the package and broke the neck part where you spread it open. He glued it because he did not want to exchange it. It works beautifully still. I would still buy it again. I want one now with the weather being in the high 90s lately.

> 3 dayI tried using the medium setting to see how long it would go before I had to recharge it. After several times I could only get 2 1/2 hours before recharge was required. Also it takes two hours for a recharge. For me I dont think the air was as cool as I was hoping.

> 3 dayThe concept is awesome and it works well. Does blow upwards, which is noisy and kind of bulky. But it serves its purpose and is easy to operate.

> 3 dayToo noisy for persons with hearing sensitivity. Pirchased for mechanic shop worker he says it works well in moat instances around the ahop but, when working over an engine it just circulates the hot air back. Maybe the cube is a better option.

> 3 dayThere is light only on one side. It is not as strong as the others I bought and this was the most expensive one. Why should it cost me to return if defective?

> 3 dayI like the machine. The Artic Air neck. But it didn’t come with the charger. When I called I was told they couldn’t send me one only give me $5 off my original purchase. I had to find a 3 rd party available charger to but through Walmart. So whereas I like the product, I recommend finding another company to buy it from.

> 3 dayPros and cons.... Pros Unit stretches fully open for easy placement and removal to fit any size neck, head, etc. Can wear both directions for air to blow upwards or downwards Longer hair does not get pulled into airflow Airflow about a 7 out of 10 3 speed levels Easy access power button Air flow blows warm air If using in temperatures above 80 degrees Lightweight on neck and shoulder area Cons Takes hours to fully charge Charging cord only about 12 inches long Needs to be plugged into cell phone charge source, doesnt have its own Only runs for about 2, 2and 1/2 hours on full charge Must charge fully between uses or only lasts about 45 minutes Quite loud when on full speed Cools well in temperatures below 75 degrees Quite loud when on full speed Ive only used this unit about 5 times. It does not last more than 3 hours on a full charge. When I wore it outside versus in the house, the airflow turns to warm. When not in use, I recommend keeping it on the charger. Once removed from the charger, the run time decreases to about an hour....even if it was previously fully charged. I like how it stretches open, up and down for easy placement and is quite lightweight for ease of comfort. I have long hair and no issues with it tugging or pulling hair into airflow. Its a neat little gadget. However, dont expect it to cool you very much if youre using it outside in warm temps.
