The computer stopped working after 3 months and Asus does not help getting the computer to them and then they want to charge to fix it stating it was purchased through a third party vendor. I would not buy any Asus product again.

This is a replacement for my 9 year old ASUS laptop that is still working but with lots of wear and tear. I hope this new one lasts as long.

I bought this for my son and he first like it but then it stared to turn off automatically.

After buying I find out the heat sink setup is a bit flawed so it does kick up those fans pretty high when it needs, then eventually needs to turn off to cool down.

My daughter was able to get this computer for her college classes with her financial aid. Very thin, light weight especially when a student is carrying lots of books, she is quite happy that she found it.

Screen quality does not reflect description. Awful product. I wish i could return.

I ordered one and was having issues with the Bluetooth disconnecting like every 10 minutes. I have to go and turn the Bluetooth off and back on every 10 minutes. I have updated all of the settings, I have updated the Bluetooth and it still doesn’t freaking work. So I returned it and ordered another one thinking it was just a defect to that specific laptop..NOPE THIS ONE DIDNT WORK EITHER. Don’t waste your time.

I bought this laptop a little over a month ago and since having it 2 keys have popped off just while I was typing and I am unable to pop them back on. They do not look broken, they just wont go back on and it is super frustrating. I reached out to the seller and did not hear back. Has anyone else had a problem with their keys popping off while typing? If so, any feedback on how to reattach them would be greatly appreciated!

So it states it comes with 16gb ddr4 but its actually 12gb ddr3 ram and its not a 256gb ssd but a 238gb ssd. I wrote the sellers to ask why the mis information and will update as soon as I am responded to.
