> 3 dayThe laptop is great but I ordered a used one that said it had nothing wrong with it and was like new until I tried to use the camera and I got the message no camera connected and that sucked cause I can’t do school but now a couple months after I bought it, it randomly freezes up and won’t turn back on for around 10 minutes and when I tried to message the guy he never responded so if you do buy this, buy a new one.

> 3 dayI love this laptop. It is not touchscreen, which I dont miss. This laptop is fast and does not get really hot do to the erogonomic shape of it. Overall, great laptop for the money and would definitely buy an Asus again.

18-11-2024I bought this laptop a little over a month ago and since having it 2 keys have popped off just while I was typing and I am unable to pop them back on. They do not look broken, they just wont go back on and it is super frustrating. I reached out to the seller and did not hear back. Has anyone else had a problem with their keys popping off while typing? If so, any feedback on how to reattach them would be greatly appreciated!
