Received the laptop, but it did not turn on. Returned....waiting for refund.

I was really enjoying my new computer. It was running smoothly and meeting all my basic/work needs. I generally only run a web browser with a few tabs and some subtitle editing software for work. However, after only a month of use it now just randomly shuts down every few minutes making it nearly impossible to get work done in a productive and timely manner. Im really frustrated with my purchase and hoping this improves. Its shut down 3 times just while writing this review.

Just to write this review took me 4 attempts because this computer keeps crashing and I cant do anything with it. That is on top of the screen being in low res that I dont want even to watch an asd on it not to mention play a game on it (unless it 16bit game, then the screen will be best for it)

Excellent laptop for remote work. A couple surprises upon setup: 1) the generous 15.6 screen looks surprisingly small and I may have to invest in a second desktop screen to add to the system, and 2) there is no disc drive (the capacity is for zip drives), so I did have to purchase an external disc drive separately.

Battery life is bad the screen is pretty good everything is good although it is really slow sometimes on startup really strange sometimes its just fine but sometimes its really glitchy brand new out of the box

Just stopped turning on, warranty had expired and no product support was available.

This machine is really great! Sleek design, more RAM than advertised (20 vs 16)!

This laptop came with the screen completely broken!! I didn’t even get a chance to use it, it was mailed to me like this. I payed $500 for this!! Save your money. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!

I ordered one and was having issues with the Bluetooth disconnecting like every 10 minutes. I have to go and turn the Bluetooth off and back on every 10 minutes. I have updated all of the settings, I have updated the Bluetooth and it still doesn’t freaking work. So I returned it and ordered another one thinking it was just a defect to that specific laptop..NOPE THIS ONE DIDNT WORK EITHER. Don’t waste your time.

Runs well, plays games well. Make sure after windows update that you update the video drivers on your own. Good all around machine for school work and games.
