Greater than one weekFirst I will say like others have said it does come with 20 gb ram in it. The price isnt to bad and the overall experience of use was alright, but I expected with so much ram that I wouldnt have much issue but I did. I am horrible at closing tabs I will find something and want to check it out later and leave the tab up. A few days of this and I get 10+ tabs up. That is where the issue happens it can not run great with a lot of tabs open. I have a gaming laptop I bought in 2013 that runs way better then it with this. I still would have given the laptop a higher rating but because I wasnt happy with the fact that it couldnt handle one of my main issues I returned it. The problem was they charged me around $100 restocking fee. I think it came out to exactly 20%. I wasnt told there would be a restocking fee and when I called up amazon to find out if I missed something they agreed and sent the company a message. A short bit later I got an email from them saying they were allowed to charge me that, so I called amazon again and asked what was going on. They still agreed with me that I shouldnt have been charged the fee and are trying to deal with it. I almost never do reviews but I felt after this experience if you are on the fence this might help. I am not saying it is a terrible product but I wont buy from the seller again after my experience. If they had been up front about the restocking fee it would have been a bit different but $100 for a $470 laptop( when I bought it that is what it was) is way to much imo

> 3 dayAfter buying I find out the heat sink setup is a bit flawed so it does kick up those fans pretty high when it needs, then eventually needs to turn off to cool down.

> 3 dayI was needing a new laptop for work purposes and purchased this one, as it had the minimum requirements needed for my job and was able to arrive before the start of the new week. I had an Asus when I was in college, so I thought this would be a good buy. However, upon opening the package and beginning to set it up, it would not boot up. It immediately froze on the startup Asus screen. After nearly an hour, I attempted to reboot it, only for it to freeze again on the Asus screen with the additional message “Preparing Automatic Repair.” Ummm.... why would a brand new laptop straight out of the box need to do a repair?!?

> 3 dayPurchased laptop in September 2020 and by January 2021 the wifi adapter went bad and by February starting having startup issues. I only use this laptop a couple if times a week. Very disappointing! I have had a Toshiba laptop for 11 years with not one issue.

Greater than one weekGood quality, sometimes have a hard time opening it with its small screen top, but otherwise very good and lightweight laptop for school work and light gaming. Sometimes I do complain though because the screen is specific to certain angles for viewing shows.

Greater than one weekI dont know much about computers, but my kid does. Weve had it for 3 months now. He is a 13 year old gamer and says this computer is awsome! According to him, it has great graphics, no glitching, good batter life, looks cool, nice storage, etc. He says its perfect and his friends like it too.
