Screen quality does not reflect description. Awful product. I wish i could return.

I was really enjoying my new computer. It was running smoothly and meeting all my basic/work needs. I generally only run a web browser with a few tabs and some subtitle editing software for work. However, after only a month of use it now just randomly shuts down every few minutes making it nearly impossible to get work done in a productive and timely manner. Im really frustrated with my purchase and hoping this improves. Its shut down 3 times just while writing this review.

Did not work upon arrival, attempted to return, return was cancelled on their end after date of acceptable return so it was considered invalid

I bought this for my son and he first like it but then it stared to turn off automatically.

So far I love this computer. Especially for the price.

Would recommend, used for real estate and home use

It doesn’t hold a charge and keeps shutting off randomly.

So it states it comes with 16gb ddr4 but its actually 12gb ddr3 ram and its not a 256gb ssd but a 238gb ssd. I wrote the sellers to ask why the mis information and will update as soon as I am responded to.

This is a replacement for my 9 year old ASUS laptop that is still working but with lots of wear and tear. I hope this new one lasts as long.
