> 24 hourI was really enjoying my new computer. It was running smoothly and meeting all my basic/work needs. I generally only run a web browser with a few tabs and some subtitle editing software for work. However, after only a month of use it now just randomly shuts down every few minutes making it nearly impossible to get work done in a productive and timely manner. Im really frustrated with my purchase and hoping this improves. Its shut down 3 times just while writing this review.

> 24 hourPurchased laptop in September 2020 and by January 2021 the wifi adapter went bad and by February starting having startup issues. I only use this laptop a couple if times a week. Very disappointing! I have had a Toshiba laptop for 11 years with not one issue.
