Great laptop for reports titles especially because of the 120hz panel. Csgo and LoL feel great. Average 240ish fps in both on medium settings. Can see it running triple A titles if you dont mind playing at lower settings. Great overall for gamers and not too bulky enough that I take it to and from college.

This stupid computer runs out of battery in 3 hr and I can’t launch any game I download.

So its a good computer but I have a few complaints. The fans are LOUD. They turn on when they dont need to be on. The fan controls do nothing. I would open 1 google chrome tab, shut off all other processes and the fans would still sound like a jumbo jet rolling down the runway. The battery life is garbage, I can play a game for about an hour and a half before having to plug it in.

This laptop is great for gaming. It is a hefty laptop but it’s not meant for travel as much as gaming. It also has a somewhat short battery life. But it’s running some powerful games. Just plug in. It’s easy to upgrade the HD and add more DDR 4 RAM. And does not void the warranty. Mine now has an additional 480 GB SSD and 16 GB of RAM total. 16 gigs of ram in two sticks of 8 allows dual channel RAM which helps a lot. I set the default app installation folder in Windows 10 to the addl SSD drive letter and that’s where new installs go. It boots in less than 10 seconds. Seems sturdy. And the RGB keyboard is fun.

Nice intro gaming laptop

Probably one of the best sub-$1K laptops Ive ever used. Since I dont do a whole lot of actual work on the computer, its a little unfair to judge it by the merits of a productivity/business laptop. This thing is all gaming, all the time, front and center.

Ok so far this laptop is amazing. I will do an update review in about a month.

internet disconnects randomly sometimes multiple times in a row track pad hardly works fans a very loud and this was never used hard
