I would like to thank the powers that had me dump a drink and fry my old laptop. I have never seen a computer startup so fast. Handles multiple streaming monitors at once (main + 1). Can find a way to make 3 operate like I have at work, which would be ideal for me. Quiet operation. Just very impressed.

I purchased the ASUS Vivobook 15 laptop for my grandson but received nothing but grief. The laptop keeps cutting off. I reached out to the sellers and after almost 2 hours of trying different scenarios under their guidance, the laptop is still cutting off when in use. I have bought laptops from other brands online and have never encountered a problem. I AM TOTALLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!

Asus is the worst company for hardware and customer service. Bought a gaming laptop and a month out of warranty the motherboard goes bad and the computer won’t work while plugged in. Asus won’t do anything for it. They want me to pay to have it shipped in and repair for 2/3 the cost I paid for the laptop. Crap customer service. Won’t buy another asus again

Mejor de lo que esperaba. Un computador super rápido, liviano, muy bonito. Lo uso para trabajar en casa y no tengo ninguna queja. Y para el precio!!! Una ganga.

I just received this laptop so Im just giving my initial thoughts. So the weirdest thing about the Vivobook is that the speakers are on the bottom, so the sound is muffled. The keyboard has a soft touch in comparison to my HP laptop. Personally I like the sounds of a clacking keyboard. The graphics arent as crisp as my HP but its not horrible. The number pad is rather slim, so the home and end prompts have been added to the 7 and 1 key (hopefully I explained that correctly lol). The battery life is alright so far. Ive only been using the laptop for roughly an hour and 15 minutes and the battery is at 55%. Essentially this wouldnt be a laptop to travel around with without a charger. The laptop feels sturdy, not enough to drop on the floor and it is okay but not bendy. Laptop is quiet but how long thatll last when teleworking is to be seen. There isnt a lot of heat either in comparison to my HP. So Ill update as time goes along

Powerful, yet, not bulky. This was exactly what I wanted. Perfect for my needs. Thanks, ASUS.
