I just took it from the box and it is freezing with very light applications such as Google Chrome, what should not happen in a brand new computer. Besides, the battery does not last more than 2 hours, which is very far from what the supplier advertises.

This over all is good quality for the $ however it has been frustrating that the E key only works if you hit it multiple times. Wish this wasnt the case out of the box but it is what it is. My daughter is using it in Collage and I got her a usb keyboard to get around the issue. Still vary annoying that it came defective. I dont think this is normal and it would not scare me from purchasing this product again as I still think the value is there. And this is probably a minor and rare problem to have as i havent seen any others complain of this kind of issue. I would have given this four stars however in my book if it does come defective i have to give one star as any product should come as advertised and ready to go with no defects.

Works great, came in with no damage, great resolution, using for gaming and other basic things! Bought 2 at the same time, one for myself and the other for my fiancee! We couldnt be happier!

A laptop with notebook weight and feel.

Wow, this was nicer than I expected. Ive owned a few Asus before, this was the nicest of all of them. I bought this at $577, the next day I saw it at $647 from the same place. Its new, not refurbished. Its super light weight, the keyboard is excellent- lit and responsive. Set up only took a few minutes. I couldnt be happier with the purchase.

PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. I bought it as a gift and I am ashame of it. I found out from the person who I bought it for that he does not use it because the battery dies and it must be connected to the charger if you need to use it. I wish I knew this so I would have bought a laptop that can be used. :( DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Screen bleed right out of the box! Ill be returning it. Also, I dont like how the speakers are on the bottom(underneath) the computer.
