> 3 dayThis laptop was plagued by Blue Screen startup failures. Support has failed to provide a solution. I will need to figure out my own solution I guess. Avoid this laptop if you do not want to deal with Blue Screen of Death. (Nobody likes Blue Screen of Death)

> 3 daySo I bought this laptop for my dad to replace his old laptop that was getting slower every day. I could have just upgraded the memory and put in a SSD but the laptop was over 5 years old. I did some looking around around and this laptop seemed to be what my dad needed. Fast processor, SSD drive, backlit keyboard and lightweight. I checked around looking at reviews on various websites. The biggest knock I saw was that 4 Gbs of the memory built into the motherboard so I would only be able to upgrade one chip. It wasnt a big deal, I bought an 8 GB chip and upgraded it to 12GB. The laptop was fast, the amount of crapware was low and all was well as I transferred the data from his old laptop to his new one. Then I noticed the one flaw... It has no SD card slot. My dad has an older DSLR so he takes the SD card out of his camera and plugs it into his laptop. I do the same with my MacBook because my DSLR is also an older model without built in WiFi. My dad who had liked the laptop so far immediately complained. I had to order a USB hub (on amazon of course) to make things right. I would have gone the full 5 stars if it had had a SD card slot.

> 3 dayI purchased the ASUS Vivobook 15 laptop for my grandson but received nothing but grief. The laptop keeps cutting off. I reached out to the sellers and after almost 2 hours of trying different scenarios under their guidance, the laptop is still cutting off when in use. I have bought laptops from other brands online and have never encountered a problem. I AM TOTALLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!

> 3 dayIt does the job. I think the design could have been a bit more aesthetically pleasing but overall it’s been 9 months and I am happy with this PC.
