Wow, this was nicer than I expected. Ive owned a few Asus before, this was the nicest of all of them. I bought this at $577, the next day I saw it at $647 from the same place. Its new, not refurbished. Its super light weight, the keyboard is excellent- lit and responsive. Set up only took a few minutes. I couldnt be happier with the purchase.

This has been a really great laptop, The print reader identifies about 50% of the time, which can be annoying. My major complaint is about the speakers. They lasted less than three months before cutting in and out and finally ceasing to function. I tried reaching out to the seller, but never received a response. The speakers on my old Dell laptop lasted a couple of years before failing. I would have expected more than 3 months from Asus. This is the second Asus laptop I have owned. My old one worked well until the hinges failed. Asus came well recommended, however now I would not recommend this brand to any one.

Bought this lap top for my son on February 2021. After 7 months using it, is not working any more. Motherboard is damaged which is one of the most important parts of a lap top

I have been using this laptop daily for both work and streaming media for about a year. I bought it because the specs were pretty good and it was what I needed. If you are looking for a gaming computer for games like rocket league or a battle royale, this is not the computer for you. My 2 biggest gripes are the display and the sound. The display has a very dim backlight. It doesnt matter how good a picture is if it isnt well lit. It is annoyingly noticeable every time I use this computer. The sound is also very unimpressive. Its not very loud, and I am keeping in mind it is a laptop. It sounds very tinny at times.

My son only got about a year out of this laptop before the motherboard quite on us. I am so disappointed. I Definity dont recommend because it just doesnt last long enough to justify the price.

I bought several of these instead of using chrome books for my kids school year. I am totally impressed with the quality of Asus products. All of them booted up, the screens were perfect, and they updated themselves flawlessly. These are nicer than the price commands. They have decent dedicated graphics and will last for years before I need to upgrade.

I purchased this for live streaming on Facebook live for my church. So far so good. Had to buy an adapter for HDMI to VGA for a second monitor.
