> 3 dayCame a little late, but amazon took care of it. Got it unpacked and booted up 1st thing i noticed was the cpu was only clocked @ 2.3ghz its advertised as a 4ghz cpu which is only jus over half as advertised!! extremely mad!!! And before anyone thinks, well hey jus OC it. Except the cpu chipset doesnt work with overclocking software.... so now stuck between a rock and a hard place, as i need the laptop for my shop.

Greater than one weekGreat laptop for the price. My daughter liked it a lot. She does her schoolwork, browsing and creates video with this laptop. The camera and mic are great for Skype’n. After about four months of use it is holding up well with 0 issues.

> 3 dayThis laptop was plagued by Blue Screen startup failures. Support has failed to provide a solution. I will need to figure out my own solution I guess. Avoid this laptop if you do not want to deal with Blue Screen of Death. (Nobody likes Blue Screen of Death)

15-11-2024Received the laptop to find that every component was incorrect. It had 4gb of ram instead of 8, the weakest intel cpu I have ever seen instead of the AMD Quad Core R7-3700U, 57 gb of storage instead of 512, and integrated intel gpu instead of the AMD Radeon Vega 10. I will change my rating if the seller fixes this mistake.
