> 24 hourWhen I first received my laptop I was very satisfied. However in just a few days days it wouldnt power up. I had to press the on button several times and I really thought it wasnt going to work, but it would eventually. I returned it.

> 24 hourDescription offers Ryzen 7 when I received it the laptop had a Ryzen 3 in it. I could have bought that for $200 less so I sent it back.

> 24 hourSo I bought this laptop for my dad to replace his old laptop that was getting slower every day. I could have just upgraded the memory and put in a SSD but the laptop was over 5 years old. I did some looking around around and this laptop seemed to be what my dad needed. Fast processor, SSD drive, backlit keyboard and lightweight. I checked around looking at reviews on various websites. The biggest knock I saw was that 4 Gbs of the memory built into the motherboard so I would only be able to upgrade one chip. It wasnt a big deal, I bought an 8 GB chip and upgraded it to 12GB. The laptop was fast, the amount of crapware was low and all was well as I transferred the data from his old laptop to his new one. Then I noticed the one flaw... It has no SD card slot. My dad has an older DSLR so he takes the SD card out of his camera and plugs it into his laptop. I do the same with my MacBook because my DSLR is also an older model without built in WiFi. My dad who had liked the laptop so far immediately complained. I had to order a USB hub (on amazon of course) to make things right. I would have gone the full 5 stars if it had had a SD card slot.

> 24 hourI have been using this laptop daily for both work and streaming media for about a year. I bought it because the specs were pretty good and it was what I needed. If you are looking for a gaming computer for games like rocket league or a battle royale, this is not the computer for you. My 2 biggest gripes are the display and the sound. The display has a very dim backlight. It doesnt matter how good a picture is if it isnt well lit. It is annoyingly noticeable every time I use this computer. The sound is also very unimpressive. Its not very loud, and I am keeping in mind it is a laptop. It sounds very tinny at times.

> 24 hourA great bargain for a mid-level laptop. I went with the Ryzen 7 model, since my main use for this laptop is working on reports, dashboards, etc. The screen to body ratio is fantastic, along with the backlit keyboard. Tactile feel of the keys is nice, and I love the fingerprint reader. The only downside I dislike is the USB C port does not push video.
