I had my laptop for a few months when the mouse stopped working and it was a few days passed the return date. I will never purchase this brand again.first one I bought wouldn’t hold a charge returned it and got this one that’s also defective.

This laptop is very fast and sleek. Perfect for what I do. Great purchase.

I already have a nice computer but I wanted to buy a play computer for my kid and I to watch videos and movies on but I seen some reviews that scared me but I went ahead anyways because of the price and I’m astonished at how well this computer is! It’s not slow, it’s great quality and we were able to watch 4K 2160p videos on it as well and I was legit blown away! For this price you can’t beat it, I’m already ordering another one haha!

Love the backlit key board and nice screen. Am having a problem with the mouse as it works and then stops working without any obvious reason. Kind of frustrating. Am thinking of returning.

i’ve only had this laptop for two months and it’s already broken. just got it to use for college and it’s slower than a 2006 windows desktop. good luck trying to connect to wifi since there’s no wifi symbol and you have to go completely through settings, only to find that this laptop “connects automatically” to the nearest wifi. don’t worry though, you can’t switch the one it connects to, if it even connects in the first place. it takes over 20 minutes alone to turn on, given that you don’t have to constantly restart it. worst $200 i’ve ever spent, could’ve gotten a better laptop off of facebook.

The only negative is no keyboard lighting.

it went black. dont turn on. ik its good brand, and easier to sit anywhere. all issues I have had with laptops. save your headaches and buy desktop. Im going seek refund

The computer arrived in a box with absolutely nothing else except packing material. The battery is partially charged, but it came with no power supply, though the description says it is included ..... I will revisit this review if I get a power supply for it ......
