Greater than one weekLove the backlit key board and nice screen. Am having a problem with the mouse as it works and then stops working without any obvious reason. Kind of frustrating. Am thinking of returning.

> 3 dayThe item description stated a 2.8 GHz processor; however, the laptop came with only 1.10 GHz. No wonder others have stated its so slow. I believe, its false advertisement (see pic). I was also really peeved, it did not mention somewhere, there is no touch screen capability. I incorrectly assumed all WIN 10 and above systems were made for touch screen devices. I dont recommend anyone purchase this junk. I suggest spending a hundred dollars more to get a much better laptop.

> 3 dayAfter countless interactions with Amazon and Asus directly, I was able to confirm that this computer model does NOT come with a backlit keyboard despite it saying so in the picture. It was just false advertising. Beware, in case this is something thats important to you.

> 3 dayThe computer arrived in a box with absolutely nothing else except packing material. The battery is partially charged, but it came with no power supply, though the description says it is included ..... I will revisit this review if I get a power supply for it ......

> 3 dayAfter getting stuck and having to call ASUS (whose person on their end of the call was very patient and helpful) ,I finally got my laptop going . The sound and picture quality is quite good. The system is a bit slow running compared to what I am used to , but I really cannot complain , as it gets the job done . It will be a good system to watch videos & listen to audiobooks for long trips. Battery has passed the 8 hour mark when in use.
