this baby can really perform (for limited tasks only) notice the 64G storage....its small ! The keyboard functionality is good, chip is decent and the startup quick. got the screen looking best possible (again decent). At this price point its great for those needing Windows OS (like me). Use it as a work at home back up to my I Mac that handles the brunt of my needs. Dont know if the free Windows is worth loading Ive cut everything I can and have only 25.2G remaining storage (and dont plan on adding anything unless absolutely necessary). I think it reserves 5-7G for MS updates so that helps. Rating a 4...up from a 2!

For whatever reason, getting this thing out of S mode and fully activated was a gigantic pain in the behind. Luckily I am tech-savvy but it took HOURS to troubleshoot. Eventually had to completely reinstall windows then finally was able to activate out of S mode. Now that it is up and running it is perfect for my business needs

is a good windows laptop for the price. but i recommend using a cooling fan because there is not an internal fan.

I bought this to be my printer and light work laptop since I cant use my work laptop with non-company printers (I work remotely). I learned very quickly that 4GB of RAM will NOT get anything done that you need. I saw it had a USB-C connection, one of the main factors of the purchase, but learned it does not have DP over USB-C capabilities. I cant hook it up to my work station, nor can do anything with the 4GB of RAM. So I returned it.

I ordered this for selling items online. I have a couple sites that I sell homemade items on. This laptop is slow, and doesnt seem to have the capability to handle some things as well as a higher end laptop would. I ordered this, thinking it was like a normal laptop, but its not. Its much more restricted. If you are looking for a laptop for a senior citizen or a young teen, this is a good one to get, but if you want to do certain things on it, you might look for something with more capability.

It was well priced, easy to set up and works great.

I purchased and returned a total of two of these laptops. The keys stopped working on the first one only after a couple of days. I returned it to AMAZON and received a replacement rather quickly. However, many of the features on the device were either slow or didnt work at all. I reached out to ASUS about the issues. 1st attempt was through the long list of options to try to fix it on my own, none of which resolved my issues. 2nd I reached out their chat line, the person who responded told me that they were waiting to review my issue, although I hadnt yet mentioned my issues. Then the chat person never responded beyond the first statement although I waited for nearly 30 minutes. I was able to find a way to speak to a human when searched outside of their application. The first person was experiencing audio issues and said that he would call me right back, he didnt. The second person was rude and curt in her communication. She instructed me to perform a task that was irreversible and made matters worse. After placing me hold for the third time, she told me that they could no longer assist me with those issues and suggested that I reach out to Microsoft for further assistance.
