Wow so many good reviews I dont know what to say I hated mine Im sending it back I had Windows 10 S mode and I got locked out after I think about 10 hours so here is my deal I am not willing to pay money for a computer that locks me out and I have to research how to get into it. Im going back to Chrome that might be the problem Ive been using Chrome for quite a while and its been a long time since I used Windows just to give the computer the benefit of the doubt I do like the backlight it is a nice computer just not good software for me

I have not had it a week and already asking for a review. Yes so far its great for having it for 3 days, how about waiting a couple of weeks for a review for someone to get some use of a product.

Microsoft program worst ever made.

Slooow. Even simple tasks like having 2 tabs open in the browser or trying to open word documents are sloooow. Boots up slow as well. Speakers are also incredibly quiet at max settings. I get that its inexpensive. I figured for simple stuff it would be fine. It does work and Im keeping it. Its just slow.

Seller was a 3rd party who charged a restocking fee for his junk to be returned to him. There was no storage room available left on the Hard Drive to install any of the programs I regularly use. Amazon said I could return it and I did, only to lose money. I definitely wouldnt do business with Wind Electronics again. Returned the laptop but was charged a handling fee even though I bought another one through Amazon immediately
