Athalon Everything Boot Bag/Backpack - Ski - Snowboard

My sons and I ski & snowboard. Getting a 12 & 15 year old and their gear to the slopes is tough enough. Nevermind having everything organized. I love these bags. I have everything they need for a ski trip stored in their bag: Boots, helmet, goggles, two pairs of mittens/gloves; snow pants:, ski jacket; gators, etc. Theres still room for more! It takes the stress off of packing to go up north (from Boston area). The backpack style is so convenient because they still have their hands free to carry skis or snowboard. Im so glad I bought these!

Purchased this for flying and hauling from car to lodge and back. First true test of the bag was just a day of skiing, and boots, helmet, gloves, lunch and a water bottle fit with ease. Plenty of space left over! Second test was a flight from NY to Jackson Hole, WY, where this bad boy flew as checked baggage - and I was able to fit not only my downhill boots, the afore mentioned gloves, helmet and goggles, but also found space for my XC boots and a couple other odds and ends. Cool feature: Back Pack straps are designed to unclip from bottom loops and tuck into their own zippered pocket. Once tucked and zipped, they are safe from getting snagged and damaged by airport baggage handling machinery. Once we arrived and were traveling to and from the hill every day, I was able to carry boots, two helmets, gloves, a couple of extra clothing layers plus lunch, etc., with no problem and all zippers closed with ease. This is one spacious bag! Its well-designed and very solidly built with quality zips and good padding, which makes it quite comfortable to carry on ones back. It is not designed to fit in an airline overhead compartment. It is designed to carry a whole lot of stuff and, apparently, to take a beating. Im quite pleased. Only wish Id purchased it sooner!

Ordered this for my daughter (age 10) and a different bag for my wife. This bag is far superior to the other. Fabric and zippers are both heavy-duty and look as if they will last a very long time and take a lot of abuse. Immediately returned the other boot bag and ordered a second one of these for my wife. This will be a bit large for the 10 year old but shell grow into it. Only critical comment: The colors are darker than they appear on my screen. I was expecting almost a baby-blue color, but its more of a steel blue. The gray is also darker. Much more practical colors for a ski boot bag, but if you are expecting a pale powder blue you may be disappointed.

Ive got big feet. My ski boots are big and heavy. I was suspicious about a bag that could really make a difference but after reading the reviews and wanting to protect my boots on a trip I made the leap. This bag is great. Takes my size 13 ski boots without issue and there is still room in the middle compartment for my helmet (big head too), gloves, goggles and the rest of my skiing accessories. This is now my ski bag - its where I keep all my stuff so I can get dressed, grab my bag and skis and head out the door. Added bonus are the shoulder straps - I thought the bag would be too long to really wear as a backpack but it works well. After a long day of skiing its really nice to pack the bag and throw it over my shoulder and go. The bag is well constructed and is holding up well after a ski season of use. When its time to buy another one Ill be right back here.

I recommend this bag for all derby skaters! Its like Mary Poppins purse! Theres SO much room. I keep one skate in each side pocket (which also has venting holes!) and can fit 2 knee, 2 elbow, 2 wrist guards, my helmet, spare shorts and a tank, and still have room to spare!! I love all the pockets and the handles are VERY solid! The back is padded and the straps are well padded too! Its also collapses very small so its great to put in a suitcase if youll need to use it when you get to where youre going. Ive had mine for the last couple years of skating and couldnt recommend it more. For the price, its an incredible deal.

I was pleasantly surprised that this bag carries my ski boots, gloves, pants, helmet, googles second layer fleece or puffy jacket, water bottle and a few snacks with ease. A very important feature is the strap that connects across the chest. This takes some of the weight off your shoulders. To put it in perspective for you, I have a hurt shoulder (may require surgery) and the design was able to distribute the weight across my back in a way the did not aggravate my shoulder. This is the first ski season that I’ve used the bag. Hopefully, it will last.

Seriously so in love with this bag. I have always used a duffel bag but at the end of the day it was so heavy on my shoulders and really bulky. I have finally upgraded to this bag this year and I couldnt be happier! I feel like a turtle walking around with it on my back but it fits everything I would ever need! Both ski boots on either side, my ski jacket, ski pants, helmet, gloves, and there is still room if I need anything else. It has so many extra pockets in addition to the boot pockets on the sides as well as inside. If youre a skier or rider this is a perfect bag for you!

This is THE large, good looking, well thought out bag of choice. At about 60 bucks, its a great value. I have size 30 boots and they fit. The main gear storage is huge. Jacket, helmet, mitts AND sweater? Yup. There are FOUR! small pockets. All zipped. All useful. The boots drain well at night. And there are TWO handles plus the two shoulder straps. So its versatile and wont leave you hanging if any of them break.

These boot bags are perfect! I ordered the lumberjack print for myself and the black and grey camo for my boyfriend. These bags fit everything we need in them. Our boots (drainage system is great!), our helmets, goggles, gloves, snow pants, extra jacket, water bottle and snacks. Once we are geared up we put all of our regular stuff inside them and they show away great. Just grab from your cubby and go! I recommend these to all of my friends and get compliments on the bags all the time. Worth the price and they’ve held up very nicely. A great buy!
