> 3 dayThere is no reason to write a book for a review. Point blank plain and simple its like this. I have a pair of Dre Beats as well and My opinion is the Technicas are far better then the Dre Beats headphones for a studio environment. The Technicas weigh much less than the Beats making them much more comfortable over a longer period of time. The Technicas are high quality plastic. The Dre Beats are mostly metal. Technicas have a much more level sound (flat sound from low frequency to high frequency) which means they have honest true sound. Beats have a lot more bass which can mud out some of the other frequencies. I must say having owned the the Beats and now the Technicas, that the Audio Technica ATH-M50xs sound the best and are surely built for a professional studio setting making them amazing. PS I have a little over ten years experience in sound obsession and 7 years studio engineering... I also own a pair of Sony MDR-7506 which are the worlds most popular headphone in many different settings. Dont buy Dre Beats buy Audio Techinica ATH-M50s and save money to buy better quality cables for your mic and studio monitors!!!

16-11-2024Solved my biggest headphones problem! I use headphones for 8-10 hours a day and the cushion on most puts uncomfortable pressure on my ears that was becoming a serious problem. Solved! These sit outside ear. Love them.

> 3 dayPlastic headband, plastic earphone holder. The 90 degree rotation was really loose and annoying to manage. And they are def not 15-28000 freq range. The bass is not present at all. They sit really wide on the head; very bulky look. I bought the V-MODA Crossfade LP2. NOW THAT IS A PAIR OF HEADPHONES!

Greater than one weekExceeded my expectations for sound reproduction. Sounds someone neutral to !e which is what one wants from each audio product in the chain.Would highly recommend.

> 3 dayNothing but good results from these headphones. The build is great and is so comfortable to wear. This is the best sound quality you will ever get below $200. It is definitely worth the money, yes for you bass people out there, this has plenty of bass.

> 3 dayI had read other reviews saying the bass wasnt there. At first I thought it was true, listening to my music files on my pc. Then, I listened from my phone with the equalizer set flat: Wow, awesome sound. Best sounding headphones I have ever had. Sound isolation is good, does not have noise canceling.
