Greater than one weekI would give this 3.5 stars because what I could hear sounded very good & it tuned out a lot of noise around me but not as much as I hoped. It was defective. I could only hear the background music. When I listened to TV I only heard the music but could not hear any of the characters talking. When I listened to songs, I heard the background music. I barely heard the back up vocals and I could not hear the main singer at all. What I could hear sounded good though. The case was as big as my two hands put together. It is really big.

Greater than one weekas a working musician and a former sound engineer, ive worked with a few different makes, models and applications. the audio technics agh-m50x are a great pair of headphones. overall, these handsome headphones are comfortable,... if you dont wear glasses. they do squeeze my face a little. so i just take my glasses off: im listening not looking, anywho. in regards to the sound, theyre well balanced with a little top end for clarity. but theres not too much of any range: they give you a great unbiased listen to whatever youre playing.
