Audio-Technica HP-EP Replacement Earpads for M-Series Headphones,Black

My ATH M50x headphones are 5 years old, and the pads were deteriorating to the point of leaving black flecks on my face so I sprung for these. Everything looks legit and Im pretty sure theyre really OEM. Theyre comfy, the leather is soft, and the pads are as firm as I remember them being the day I bought these. My cans even sound better with the new pads. They check all the boxes but....

As headline, fit perfectly on headphones and ears, have never come loose. Have kept shape and color for months. White is great contrast to black frame.

Somewhat tedious to install but no complaints. Same sound, maybe a little firmer but I don’t think that’s a bad thing or uncomfortable. My headphones look brand new.

If you think Audio Technica is a good brand, look elsewhere. These things are garbage. At best the product will maybe look nice but the sound is just okay and they wont even offer help through customer service!

As the title says, they feel a little stiffer but will probably soften with time. They do the job well because they dont alter the sound signature. Would buy these again.

If you’re looking for replacement skins, then this it it. I hear no difference in the sound quality before and after replacement and that was my key requirement.

took old earpads off put these on... nice and easy and its a perfect fit

Bought this for my ATH-M50 headphones and they feel really good. I was debating on trying the brainwaves or this but based on the customer reviews I went for this. These are so much more softer than the original pleather that was on the headphones and actually fit on my ear better. No loss of sound quality. Definitely worth considering if you are looking for replacement ear pads.
