Awesome replacement hotend upgrade kit Arrived quickly. Product as described. The Capricorn is working like a dream and the couplings they included are much better than what came with my Ender-3.

I was hesitant to get this replacement but it works flawlessly with zero issues. Direct replacement and drop-in for my Ender 3 Pro. I didnt have to change my Z offset with the new nozzle on it either.

I found a YouTube video to help with installing. Some of the connectors on the motherboard had what looked like glue to keep them in place. Once we broke the glue loose, install was fairly simple.

The hot end is working great so far. It was mostly easy to install plus the included Capricorn feed tube was a great added bonus.

Install is easy polarity of heating element does not matter but I had a lot of temperature variance while printing after install. Found out you can use a software called pronterface to re tune it’s algorithm for heating making it very stable at a temperature of your choosing

Pretty nice. Well put together presentation and box when you open it. Comes with everything you need.

My Ender is working like new great prints

Everyone with a bowden printer should buy capricorn. Its just so much better than normal ptfe and its ridiculously slippy. Its insane how much it affects retraction and print quality and because you can print at higher temperatures I’ve been printing TPU and thus far had no issues. The fittings are much better than the stock ones too and they also have metal teeth which grips the PTFE and stops and slippage.

Had no issues with parts. Works great. Would purchase again!

It was a lot simpler to install than I thought. No need for sodering like I dearer, its as simple as unscrewing panels and pluging in. I unfortunately cut the sleeve to get to the wires, but you dont have to do that. You can just unplug the wires and slip the sleeve on and off
