This piece is sturdy, with a beautiful print and the handle is very nice- upscale. A little hard to close, but you just have to push it together a little harder than I thought. Much nicer than a plain umbrella. The print is beautiful! I will be buying more in different art prints as well.

Ive had this parasol for about 3 months, used it every day since I live in a very sunny place and was very happy with it. It felt very sturdy and protected me extremely well from the sun, since the fabric is quite opaque (unlike regular umbrellas). A few days ago I noticed a plastic part broke and I cant use it anymore :(

Perfect parasol! The pattern is just gorgeous and the interior is silvered for extra UV protection. The ribs are well constructed and the springs look good and are covered by plastic bits. Ive been using this parasol daily for six weeks and it has never turned inside out on me and the button mechanism is still going strong even after being closed and opened 8-10 times a day.

This is the second umbrella Ive bought from this company. First one was the yellow flower. I had it for over a year and I broke it during this horrible rain weve had here in Texas. I closed the car door on the shaft and that was all it took. I was really sad about it to. I bought this one from the same company because these are very sturdy umbrellas that fold down neatly and fit in my purse. I mainly bought it for the colors and uniqueness but was thrilled with the good quality and would recommend them to anyone.

Its hard to be concise here because I love this parasol/umbrella so much! Im very sun sensitive and this is like taking tree shade along with me as I walk! Its just marvelous! Ive been liberated to let the dog decide when he wants to finish the walk rather than me getting too much sun and forcing him to turn back! The umbrella is extremely well constructed and very sturdy. Nothing gets through this, unlike most umbrellas these days, and it stands up to wind. If you need something for yourself, or to keep UV rays off your children or strollers... THIS IS THE ONE! Besides, with the Van Gogh design, its also very stylish!

I get complements on my beautiful sun umbrella, and it shades wonderfully. Its compact and packs easily. After a few weeks of usage, its gotten stubborn about closing back up, which makes me nervous about its longevity. The sleeve is the tightest of any umbrella Ive ever owned, which is not a deal-breaker, just odd and a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise, excellent item.

We bought one a year ago. Totally works to reduce heat from the sun. Used it in the Caribbean, Bahamas, and in the Everglades. Definitely noticed huge difference when under the umbrella versus standing directly in the sun. Decided to buy another, but wanted a different color or print. I ordered and returned two other umbrellas and bought a second of this one. This umbrella set the mark, and the others were significantly lower quality, even with their good reviews. What works: Color is good. Print is pleasing. Material is very sturdy and has no bad odor (the other two had strange and stinky fabric). Handle is comfortable enough, though it would be nice to have it a little longer. Opens very easily with one button push. Closes fairly easy with a button push and then collapsing the shaft manually. Definitely superior to the others we tried. Wish it came from this company in other colors or prints. Overall excellent value for the low price.

Havent had a chance to use this in the rain, but Im liking it for use to keep the sun off. Its pretty and I enjoy looking at it when I open it up. the opening and closing mechanism is easy to use and the umbrella seems very well made. Its great sun protection that covers far more than a hat and doesnt mess up my hair.

YUP, just BROKE, unusable.

Have been around the world with this product, and it makes tourism in sunny places very much more pleasant. Did use while in the ocean in USVI, and the insides rusted so it stopped going up and down - but was worth it for the sun protected IMO. So I re-bought!
