DIsappointed; will keep this in my car for rain emergencies.

Solid, sturdy umbrella. Fits in my smaller purse. Used during rain & shine without any problems. Good coverage & a nice size.

I purchased 2 of Glodeals Van Gogh Masterpiece Oil Painting Auto-open & mostly easy-enough to close parasol / umbrella. Both of them popped open forcefully, so, be careful that you dont stand too close to anyone when opening them, since they could be used unintentionally as a weapon! That aside, the artwork is quite nice. All I really cared about was making sure that it/they were strong enough to withstand wind (Ill be on any island); lightweight enough (Ill be using one or the other as a parasol), and...I hesitate to call it a parasol style-wise, though, it says it offers UV-protection, and, since it will provide shade, it technically blocks the sun, anyway. So long as it hold out (Im keeping one aside to use as an umbrella, when back on the mainland).

Very nice looking umbrella! We have been having a very hot summer, and as I walk dogs mid-day, I need some relief from the sun. This brolly does it! It is a little hard to close, my only complaint so far.

My only complaint if any, is it doesnt fold super quick to put back in sleeve. But because it has the extra UV layer, I expected this.

We bought one a year ago. Totally works to reduce heat from the sun. Used it in the Caribbean, Bahamas, and in the Everglades. Definitely noticed huge difference when under the umbrella versus standing directly in the sun. Decided to buy another, but wanted a different color or print. I ordered and returned two other umbrellas and bought a second of this one. This umbrella set the mark, and the others were significantly lower quality, even with their good reviews. What works: Color is good. Print is pleasing. Material is very sturdy and has no bad odor (the other two had strange and stinky fabric). Handle is comfortable enough, though it would be nice to have it a little longer. Opens very easily with one button push. Closes fairly easy with a button push and then collapsing the shaft manually. Definitely superior to the others we tried. Wish it came from this company in other colors or prints. Overall excellent value for the low price.

Lovely umbrella. Pros: offers excellent protection for those with photosensitivity like myself. Small, compact and easy to take with you. Cons: Because its an automatic umbrella, it can close when you arent expecting it if you touch the button while holding the handle. Secondly, if it does close unexpectedly, you must then reset the mechanism by pushing the canopy back into the handle before opening it again. This seems to be a design flaw with all umbrellas of this size with automatic function. That being the case, its a beautiful umbrella that give great coverage.

I like this umbrella. It shields me from the sun. The Van Gogh print is lovely. The handle seems a little shaky but it works. Overall I like this item.

The print is very slightly pixelated, which honestly you wont really notice. The underside is lined with a silver fabric which is cool, I bought this for rain but it looks like it could easily shield me from the hot sun. The size of it is perfect and it seems sturdy. You do have to put some force into getting it to collapse so this may not be suitable for people with hand or wrist troubles. Otherwise for the price, its lovely and I really like it. Thanks!

I love the painting, and the price. But the umbrella needs to be wider. It covers one side or the other. Cannot position it in a way that it covers both arms. Also, having to push it all the way closed before it can be reopened is annoying to say the least!
