After scraping off the coating on the Ferro Rods they produce a lot of sparks to start a fire

I have had other Ferro rods and this is good to have its strapped to my knife sheath. Its a little heavy but where evere the knife goes i got a fire starter with me at all times.

I love the size of them and the hole drilled in them fit paracord perfectly. I have one on my survival knife. They sould last a long time

These are much different than any other flint stick i have had, it is literally like a metal rod, to even get a small spark off it you need to me hulk hogan, and i am not a small dude. feel and looks just like a painted steel rod. so weak

Nice and big. You can hold on to them. They throw a really good spark too. I’ve only just received them so I can’t give a terrific review but I will keep you posted.
