I purchase this for a cruise and as soon as I plugged it into a 115V 60HZ outlet on the ship it tripped the breaker for the whole stateroom. Garbage! I threw it out because it was too much hassle to bring it back on the plane and return it.

Thought it had the flat head plug in. Ended up not using it because I needed something to plug in behind my bed without smashing and unplugging it constantly. The screenshot doesnt show it it has a flat plug in but the longer cord length model had a flat end per those screenshots. Ended up buying some other flat plug in power strip from Walmart

No on/off indicator light.

I bought this to ensure my apartment is compliant to the fire safety regulations. For my purpose this is near perfect. I think in general this one has great value, though it doesnt have a light to signal whether the surge protection is stil working, which in some cases might not be desirable.

This lasted less than 2 years & near;y broke my computer. Nice design, but badly constructed. The Button was unpredictable and would turn the computer off at its will. Very disappointed.

Product comes as shown. Has been working fine for me since I got it. The cord is thick and bent wehn you get it so you have to be a little firm with the light unit for it to go where you want to.

This surge protector is a great value. I bought it at $6.33 shipped and it has served me well. Just needed something to get me a couple feet from behind the couch while protecting my electronics that were plugged in. I also like the fact that Belkin is a well known company so if my stuff gets fried, I would expect good service. Bottom line... Go for it if 4 feet is enough length for you and you dont need a flat plug. Its well worth the inexpensive cost. Ill update the review if it doesnt live up to its 5 star rating over time.
