    Greater than one week

    1) Customer Service was prompt and responded to my e-mail the next morning. (2) My screen kept going off/on for 3-5 seconds about 30+ times a day. Problem has been solved and has not happened again for over a week. I usually charge my phone very close to my monitor but needed to move the phone and charging cord to a different spot. Immediately I noticed the screen no longer went off/on at all. I am not a technical person at all, but nothing else was changed or altered (cords were checked prior). I do not know if my phone had some sort of interference or not, but if this happens to you, at least try moving your phone away from the monitor - cannot hurt to try.

I had been wanting a 4k monitor for some time, but hesitated due to needing a new computer with a good graphics card to support it, and the problem of having all photos shrink to 1/4 their size on the screen. This turned out to be the most significant upgrade in my 18 years of dealing with computers. I set the photo viewer to open to actual size, so photos that used to be limited to the screen size now are finally able to open at full resolution. But the best thing about this is the screen real estate. Previously I had to shingle multiple windows to fit them all on the screen - now they are spread out so it isnt necessary to click on one corner to move them to the foreground. I did my homework - this is probably the best 4K monitor available for the money. Look at the reviews - and heres one more.

Screen sprouted lines and interference just six weeks after I got this. Kept doing it no matter what computer it was hooked up to and nothing I tried (including consulting with my local computer expert) worked. So now I have a large broken monitor and I cant use my new computer.

Overall the Unit is working well. BenQ came through with a replacement monitor in short order. The scale of the screen is great. Looks great on games, works well for graphic design. The brightness is a little less intense than my Asus but with the right settings, it looks much crisper. The only complaint I have is on the edges of the 32-inch screen it gets a bit blurred but truly thats with all LCD monitors. For the money/value this is a good product.

I got this monitor for Christmas and I got to say I am really pleased with it. It really delivers what I was looking for. The colors are accurate and the set up is easy. On games I am use to the 60 refresh rate and found it to be free of anything that would subtract from the experience. I would recommend headphones as the monitor output sucks.

Materials, features, quality and packaging are all top-rated. Absolutely no complaints on that. Or maybe one little thing: whenever it starts to receive input, it should show the resolution and refresh rate of the signal. That is extremely useful for pro and geek users. The reason Im giving 4 stars is that this monitor is slow to operate. It has 4 inputs - 1x USB-C, 1x DP, and 2x HDMI. Guess what? I use it with 2 devices and I need to switch input among them. The automatic input detection feature doesnt work because one device is turned on all the time (never stops sending signal). So I need to control manually. The buttons take 1s to answer, which is just too much for the smartphone era of responsive interfaces. And whenever the monitor looses signal because some device is turned off, the screen goes off (not blank - really off) and then there is 3s to 5s without any response from the buttons or for input to be detected. Painful! The monitor is also slow to detect resolution changes, which makes it bad for looking at workstation startup screens that switch between text and low-resolution screens. If you need to press a bios key, you have to know upfront or just plug a VGA monitor just for that. This seems to be a norm in the industry. Nobody cares about setup and configuration UX. They only care about image, refresh rate, etc.

The picture quality is overall ok, the main issue is that I have to completely unplug (not just restart) the monitor for it to connect to my macbook pro m1 computer. Makes it not very convenient to use, since I cant just connect computer to monitor for it to function.

This monitor is good if you’re not going to take gaming to serious and runs good on PS4. However something inside is rattling around must have been dropped during delivery but it still runs fine not bad for 185$
