Ok, these are really high priced monitors for my simple productivity - I wanted the real estate space. So, while I stream movies, I do not game. I have two of these attached to a Dock which I use to switch between my MacBook Pro and an HP Laptop (personal and work). I have one gripe and one recommendation. I simply replaced some ASUS monitors for these and now when I switch back to my Mac, often the screens switch L-R and R-L (invert). I can reset this in settings, which I do. But it is odd that the Mac cannot identify the BenQs to know which is primary and which is extend. As for a recommendation, it would be nice to have a button for screen set up that covers all settings for a certain mode. In other words, I do Streaming and can click on both monitors and both are set exactly alike. Programming two monitors step by step on each simultaneously is a pain and fraught with uncertainty. If the inversion were not happening, I would give it 5 stars even with the high price tag.

    Greater than one week

The picture quality is superb. The audio turned out to be a big let down. I chased my tail for a week trying to get the monitors speakers to work. It turns out that you cant get there from here. The speakers will only work with a DisplayPort connection. A lot of PCs, like mine, dont have DisplayPort connectivity. And, you cant just buy an additional PC board with this connection because they dont exist. My PC has an audio-out 3.5 jack connection, but my Benq monitor DOES NOT HAVE a 3.5 audio-in! The solution is to buy some decent add-on PC speakers. Why Benq doesnt tell you about this problem up front is a mystery to me. And, I saw no mention if it in any reviews. If I had known about this issue, I probably would have bought the monitor anyway and not have wasted my time trying to get their speakers working. The documentation does mention that there can be some differences between some models, so I wonder if there is a model somewhere with an audio-in.

    1) Customer Service was prompt and responded to my e-mail the next morning. (2) My screen kept going off/on for 3-5 seconds about 30+ times a day. Problem has been solved and has not happened again for over a week. I usually charge my phone very close to my monitor but needed to move the phone and charging cord to a different spot. Immediately I noticed the screen no longer went off/on at all. I am not a technical person at all, but nothing else was changed or altered (cords were checked prior). I do not know if my phone had some sort of interference or not, but if this happens to you, at least try moving your phone away from the monitor - cannot hurt to try.

Aside from daily uses, this monitor is excellent for streaming movies and shows. The speakers are very good and the headphone jack is a very nice feature. Adjustments to the picture and sound are easy to access and to understand. An excellent monitor and an excellent value.

The picture quality is overall ok, the main issue is that I have to completely unplug (not just restart) the monitor for it to connect to my macbook pro m1 computer. Makes it not very convenient to use, since I cant just connect computer to monitor for it to function.

The BenQ 32 EW3270U is a 4k monitor with decent picture quality perfect for either home or office. The product arrived in perfect condition a day ahead of promised delivery date. It has a low input lag and fast response time to deliver clear images with minimal motion blur; however, the refresh rate is limited to 60Hz, Ive tried all sorts of games using Nintendo Switch, but yet to try the PS5. A friend tried his PS4 using this monitor and it worked like a charm, the weight without the stand is around 6kgs/13lbs and weight without the stand is around 7.5kgs/16.5lbs. The only real issue Id say this monitor has is the fact that its a dirt magnet and might require regular cleaning. Nevertheless, considering all the other perks, a 4K display monitor for this price range with eye care technology (which doesnt work as well as they claim btw). In addition, no washed up effects consider its not an OLED display, think it is a phenomenal bargain at the set price ($399, or 599 in my case including shipping, handling, and import charges). In the box: Youll find: Display, Stand, DisplayPort cable, USB-C cable, User Manual (minimal information QR code attached for more info), and Power cable Pros: Best 4k monitor for cost Good dark scene performance Very good gray uniformity 4k resolution is great for multiple windows 60hz refresh rate Built in speakers No washed up effect Built-in headphone jack Type-C compatible HDMI-compatible Wall mount compatible Highly gradient and low color bleed Good light reflection handling Flicker free Cons: Cant get bright enough for HDR Poor quality built in speakers Cannot accommodate anything beyond 60hz Image degrades at an angle Dirt and fingerprint attraction A little wobbly when nudged No swivel Tilt Range -15° to 5° Max brightness not that bright Verdict: Recommended even in 2021, if it fits your budget

For the price of this monitor, you really cant go wrong. It is very bright in standard and HDR, and the response time is great for gaming. The blacks arent the best in the world and its only 60 Hz, but those are the two things I was willing to give up for 1440 HDR at this price.

Like the options that it gives you for input, I use it for my mobile solution for trading any place.

This is a very nice monitor, clear and sharp graphics and has features to reduce eye strain. This replaced a 24 inch Acer and I could not be more pleased with the decision.

A monitor with great color accuracy, brightness, sharpness, and a lot of customization features, plus a UI that isnt a nightmare to navigate. You wont find better without paying a whole lot more.
