Outstanding monitor, very clear, sharp and good colors. I use it in low blue light/multimedia mode, still great quality. Used with apple OS, via usb-c mode, very happy, no problems. Gaming, web surfing, video watching, all great. Only downside is the monitor is not height adjustable and had to get a stand. Other than that, a great monitor with tons of features. Awesome value.

A monitor with great color accuracy, brightness, sharpness, and a lot of customization features, plus a UI that isnt a nightmare to navigate. You wont find better without paying a whole lot more.

Ive had the monitor for about a month and the screen quality has been excellent for both movies and console gaming. This isnt my first BenQ and it wont be my last. I am using last gen console Xbox One S and PS4 Pro. I dont have the new consoles yet so i dont how they would do on this monitor but I do recommend for those playing on last gen consoles.

The BenQ 32 EW3270U is a 4k monitor with decent picture quality perfect for either home or office. The product arrived in perfect condition a day ahead of promised delivery date. It has a low input lag and fast response time to deliver clear images with minimal motion blur; however, the refresh rate is limited to 60Hz, Ive tried all sorts of games using Nintendo Switch, but yet to try the PS5. A friend tried his PS4 using this monitor and it worked like a charm, the weight without the stand is around 6kgs/13lbs and weight without the stand is around 7.5kgs/16.5lbs. The only real issue Id say this monitor has is the fact that its a dirt magnet and might require regular cleaning. Nevertheless, considering all the other perks, a 4K display monitor for this price range with eye care technology (which doesnt work as well as they claim btw). In addition, no washed up effects consider its not an OLED display, think it is a phenomenal bargain at the set price ($399, or 599 in my case including shipping, handling, and import charges). In the box: Youll find: Display, Stand, DisplayPort cable, USB-C cable, User Manual (minimal information QR code attached for more info), and Power cable Pros: Best 4k monitor for cost Good dark scene performance Very good gray uniformity 4k resolution is great for multiple windows 60hz refresh rate Built in speakers No washed up effect Built-in headphone jack Type-C compatible HDMI-compatible Wall mount compatible Highly gradient and low color bleed Good light reflection handling Flicker free Cons: Cant get bright enough for HDR Poor quality built in speakers Cannot accommodate anything beyond 60hz Image degrades at an angle Dirt and fingerprint attraction A little wobbly when nudged No swivel Tilt Range -15° to 5° Max brightness not that bright Verdict: Recommended even in 2021, if it fits your budget

    1) Customer Service was prompt and responded to my e-mail the next morning. (2) My screen kept going off/on for 3-5 seconds about 30+ times a day. Problem has been solved and has not happened again for over a week. I usually charge my phone very close to my monitor but needed to move the phone and charging cord to a different spot. Immediately I noticed the screen no longer went off/on at all. I am not a technical person at all, but nothing else was changed or altered (cords were checked prior). I do not know if my phone had some sort of interference or not, but if this happens to you, at least try moving your phone away from the monitor - cannot hurt to try.

Given the price, this monitor is great. It wouldnt be ideal for gaming, but is serviceable as a 2nd monitor, working seamlessly with my laptop. Runs cool and quiet. When I ran into an issue connecting, customer service was great, responsive, and proactively followed up to make sure everything was working well.

Theres a glut of cheap 4k monitors, and quite frankly so far they havent been very impressive. I picked this up for $450 on a cyber monday deal and after plenty of delays it finally arrived. Simply put, next to my LG panel IPS 27 1440p display and my ancient but sturdy Dell Ultrasharp 2405FPW, its the weakest display. The resolution is fantastic. The size is great. The feature set is solid with multiple ports (I only need one but whatever) and USB 3.1c hub (sans some of the more extreme features like a SD card slot). FRC is nice, although it only supports 40hz-60hz meaning not an extreme range but still welcome. That said: Stick this next to a 27 inch iMac from yesteryear it looks cheap and its entirely due to the lack of uniformity on the panel. First theres the very striking shadow across the top 1/8inch of the screen. Then theres the color shift, no matter where you head is, just scanning across a uniform color shows the weakness of the panel as flat color looks anything but flat. Fast scrolls also reveal the overzealous low latency correction (you can see bizarre ghosting of red on a white background as a yellow halo). Also strangely, Mac OS doesnt seem to want to detect the scaling resolutions, (not a big deal as you can option click the scaled resolutions). Precision color this is not. If youre not a discerning type, this probably is a good enough for many users although I find the color shift supremely annoying. Basically, if youre happy with this display, never stick it next to a quality display as youll become very unhappy with it. Also I couldnt seem to get in Windows 10-bit to work at 60 Hz, which makes me believe that its only available at 30 Hz. In any case, its not true 10 bit as its an 8-bit panel with FRC, meaning, it accepts the 10-bit color space and simulates colors by switching between nearest-neighbors in the 8 bit range between each cycle. Over all, though the monitor is much easier to assemble/disassemble which will make my return quick and easy than other displays. I guess you get what you pay for, the BenQ PD3200u even at $200 more than the EW3270Us current price seems like money supremely well spent. Its IPS or bust at the 32 inch size as its too easy to see the color shifting.... /edit: looks like someone didn’t like this review and it was flagged for sensitivity?

I bought this to use for work from home. Rather than use multiple monitors, I open and arrange multiple windows on this monitor. Its perfect for what I need. I would not recommend it for your sole source of audio. If I do decide to buy a second monitor, it will be a second one of these!
