Greater than one weekThe picture quality is superb. The audio turned out to be a big let down. I chased my tail for a week trying to get the monitors speakers to work. It turns out that you cant get there from here. The speakers will only work with a DisplayPort connection. A lot of PCs, like mine, dont have DisplayPort connectivity. And, you cant just buy an additional PC board with this connection because they dont exist. My PC has an audio-out 3.5 jack connection, but my Benq monitor DOES NOT HAVE a 3.5 audio-in! The solution is to buy some decent add-on PC speakers. Why Benq doesnt tell you about this problem up front is a mystery to me. And, I saw no mention if it in any reviews. If I had known about this issue, I probably would have bought the monitor anyway and not have wasted my time trying to get their speakers working. The documentation does mention that there can be some differences between some models, so I wonder if there is a model somewhere with an audio-in.

> 3 dayI use this monitor strictly for gaming, response time is amazing but I feel like is not as clean or neat as I expected it to be. Definitely worth it under $350

> 3 day1) Customer Service was prompt and responded to my e-mail the next morning. (2) My screen kept going off/on for 3-5 seconds about 30+ times a day. Problem has been solved and has not happened again for over a week. I usually charge my phone very close to my monitor but needed to move the phone and charging cord to a different spot. Immediately I noticed the screen no longer went off/on at all. I am not a technical person at all, but nothing else was changed or altered (cords were checked prior). I do not know if my phone had some sort of interference or not, but if this happens to you, at least try moving your phone away from the monitor - cannot hurt to try.

> 3 dayGreat picture and desktop space. Works well with my AOC monitor side by side both 32 inch. I dont play games so I cannot rate. I use a medium quality graphics card on my PC.

> 3 dayThis monitor is everything I hoped it would be - easy to use and sharp enough to read the tiny print. I am using this as an external monitor on a Dell G5 laptop with the Nvidia 1060 chipset. The display is super sharp; I regularly use large Excel spreadsheets and I can operate as low as 70% scale and still read the cells(Calibri 11pt). I do wear a pair of computer glasses tuned to 1 beyond my fingertips, with all the blue blocking, etc.... The only thing I have a complaint about is that with the HDR turned on (Windows 10 recognizes its an HDR display), if the system goes to sleep, then when I wake it up, the brightness is muted. I havent found any setting to fix the issue, but power cycling the monitor fixes the issue, so I assume its the monitor. Also, I have one one application that was nearly impossible to use with the HDR enabled...all of the colors/brightness were, seemingly, turned down to the point that you could barely differentiate the text from the background. only selecting one of the high contrast color schemes made the app barely usable. Disabling the monitors HDR fixed the issue. Honestly, I dont see much difference between HDR enabled and disabled.

> 3 dayThe monitor was easy to set up and delivers a great image. Unfortunately after about 30 days of use it developed a vertical line with missing green pixels. I reported this to BenQ support along with a photo of showing the defect. They immediately offered to replace the monitor and pay shipping both ways. The new monitor arrived quickly and has been working great.

> 3 dayIve had the monitor for about a month and the screen quality has been excellent for both movies and console gaming. This isnt my first BenQ and it wont be my last. I am using last gen console Xbox One S and PS4 Pro. I dont have the new consoles yet so i dont how they would do on this monitor but I do recommend for those playing on last gen consoles.
