The screen didn’t change print quality or make noise like the review stars say but it is a great addition to my printer. I use the SD card for printing and the LCD Audi shows the full long file names which is a vast improvement. If you like the old style display, this screen can emulate that too. Be sure to get the latest firmware. There are several cases out there too.

No clear instructions. They need to include a bin file for it. The main trouble was the touchscreen would not recognize the printer No printer attached no matter what adjustments I made in Marlin or its own setting for baud rate. I returned it.

Easy install with out any modification to your printers firmware. Note this is installed On a Ender 3 Pro and a BTT SKR Mini E3 V3.

More than wonderful

Hands down was one of the best upgrades I made to my ender 3 v2 only because it made the motherboard I bought along with it so much more usable with the touch user interface.

Purchased this to pair with an SKR Mini E3 V2, in a custom designed enclosure for one of my 3D printers. Works well. Note the firmware updates are lacking instructions but finding the correct process is easy enough through some googling. Was able to setup a custom dark theme relatively easily as well. Mainly used in Marlin mode as Im more familiar with the location of certain settings. When in touch screen mode, works well enough. Note that if you use an ABL system, this will throw errors every boot until you level then bed and save with a quick M500, after which is will no longer protest at boot. This is my second screen from BTT. Still al little rough around the edges when it comes to documentation, but otherwise a solid product.

The display is beautiful, a necessary upgrade IMO. Install, Setup and firmware wasn’t too difficult to set up and it has a lot of really nice features.

like a lot of amateur 3d printers out there, I really struggled to get this display to work. I purchased the BTT skr2 control board with this display. I have little to no experience configuring and installing firmware. thank god for youtube. I could not get the touch part of the display to communicate my printer, constantly saying no printer found. I checked and rechecked my baud rates, my ports, trying every freaking combination. updated the firmware on the display. nothing seemed to work. even contemplated ordering another display as failure was not an option. In the firmware Im running what it turned out to be was I did not pay close enough attention to the pin out of the skr2 board. once again common sense was of little to no use to me. on the pin out pdf i had downloaded, it says tft next to the pins on the board, and by the way the ribbon connector that comes with the display is shaped, just a plain female slip on connector, i assumed that it went with the pins on the left of the TFT writing on the board and not the connector on the right of the writing as those pins actually take a clip into locking style connector, forgive me I do not know what the technical name is for them. This would of been a lot easy to figure out if Big Tree Tech had either provided the right connector or designed the SKR2 better, In my opinion anyway. my firmware settings are, Baud rate: 115200, serial port: 1 I did not use serial_port_2 I left it disabled. you should be able to up the baud rate to 250000 but I have not tried yet. I hope this helps someone out as it would of defiantly help me.

Great Replacement, much handier than the original. Plenty of videos and tutorials available on YouTube to walk through the process of replacing.

Easy to install, works flawlessly. Will definitely keep buying this brand.
