> 3 dayWhile using the vac on vinyl plank floor, it started making some awful sound from inside. It still works but dont wish to use it because its loud and eventually will mess it up more.

Greater than one weekI should have done better research before buying this vacuum. Im quite disappointed in some of this vacuums features but let me start with the positives. Pro: Suction is great! Cons: - While using the wand with the attachment tools, the brush roll at the base of the vacuum keeps rotating. That turned into a safety issue. While I was using the attachments, the vacuum was standing on my carpet. The constant rotating brush at the base pulled a thread out of my carpet, which got tangled up with the rotating brush. By the time I realized what was going on, the vacuum was smoking at the bottom of the base. Turned out that the vacuum belt had ripped. Had to run out and buy a new belt and replace two weeks after purchasing the vacuum. - The canister is really hard to get the dirt/hair out. Yes, I do have two big dogs and they have a lot of hair, but this is a PET vacuum. I would have assumed its engineered to be able to handle pet hair. Every time I need to empty the container, I have to stick my hand inside the container to get the hair out that have gotten tangled up inside of it. - one of the rolls at the bottom of the base is already squeaking. Sure, easy fix, I can oil it to fix that, but I really shouldnt have to do that just a few weeks after purchasing it. - The wand is kind of tricky to get in and out. I guess just a matter of getting used to, but again - not good engineering. So overall, I am disappointed.

> 3 dayThe suction power is good and it cleans my hardwood and carpeted floors well. I love the retractable cord feature. Only downside is that the spinning brush doesnt stop when its in the upright position. Wish i knew that before purchasing.

> 3 dayI really like the suction and have therefore try to talk myself into keeping it. However, as Im getting very near the return by date, Im afraid Im going to have to return it. It is just too heavy for this 75-year-old young lady. I like many of the features such as the snap out wand. However I think it would be better if it had a way to make the wand longer because it can be awkward to reach some places. I couldnt do my whole flight of stairs. Im also not crazy about the crevice tool. Its a little too wide to go in some places such as the runs of sliding doors. Again if you want good suction its amazing. If it were much lighter I would probably keep it.

> 3 dayI’ve have several vacuums over the years and this one is my favorite. Great suction. It’s been designed very thoughtfully. My favorite feature is the retractable cord. It’s so nice after a thorough cleaning to just step on the cord button to pickup the cord instead of the dreaded winding. Also with this type of cord I don’t need to completely unwind my cord to use the wand like I have had to in the past with all of my previous vacuums. Definitely recommend this!

> 3 dayIve owned quite a few Vacuum cleaners and this puts them all to shame. I waited to write this review to rate the longevity of the Vacuum and so far so good. I do have to say I was really surprised by what this Vacuum picked up as I thought my rugs were relatively clean. Boy was I wrong. My two cats have been leaving their hair everywhere and this Vacuum found and sucked up all of it. Suction was great, maneuverability was on point. Im just thrilled with this Vacuum!
