Started to squeak after 2 uses.

Easy to use and not as loud as other vacuum cleaners also seems to be powerful and picks up good.

I have 2 cats and a house rabbit, this thing works AWESOME with pet hair. Easy to use and assemble. Easy to clean.

I have a high pile and kind of dense carpet. The stick vacuum I had just wasnt cutting it anymore on my carpets. It would take me a good 25-30 minutes to vacuum with that thing so I began to research a new vacuum. I knew Bissell was on my list since I have a carpet cleaner by them and it always left hairballs that my previous vacuum left behind. I narrowed it down to a few but ultimately chose this one, especially for the automatic cord winder. Ordered, came, and put together. It was super easy to put together. When I first gave it a go I noticed it was really hard to push. I read the instructions (I was too excited to try the vacuum when I opened it) and realized I needed to adjust the dial. Once I did it was much easier to push. I ended up vacuuming the carpets TWICE because of everything it picked up. I couldnt believe everything my previous vacuum left behind! My four carpets now only take 20 minutes total to vacuum and I do it a few times a week to keep the dust and hair down. The filters work great and I really like that replacements are easy to find and the reusable ones are easy to rinse off and clean. It does say to let them sit 24 full hours after rinsing, which is no problem for me. It comes with two attachments which I find useful as well - a crevice/brush attachment (its a two in one), and a pet hair eraser or something. I use that one on my couch, the beds, and any a few different chairs. The cord rewind function is easy to use as well. I also really like that the power, recline, and cord rewind are all accessible with my foot. No more bending over to turn my vacuum on! I can also remove the canister for easy emptying with the cord wound up. The wand is really easy to pull out to use for anything you use the wand and attachments for. I cant actually reach my ceiling with it, but thats because my house has higher than normal ceilings. Id have to prop it (and me) up on something to reach. Ive had it for a few months and I love it. Well see how long it lasts!

This vacuum cleaner works extremely well. It picks up dog hair and dirt

I had a pricy stick type vacuum that I was constantly cleaning out dog hair. I became so frustrated I just tossed it in the trash. This vacuum is so much better. It works on my wood floors as well as the carpet. It is simple to empty, suction is strong and the quick release extension wand is easy to remove. The swivel steering isnt a issue for me and I love the automatic cord rewind as well as the 27 cord. After having the smaller, lighter stick vacuum this is heavier but Im sure Ill get use to it. The main reason I bought this was for the dog hair and it does a great job of picking it up.

Cleans very good love it

I have two dogs and they are shedding very bad. I have the other vacuum before this and it wasnt clean my house very well. So I bought this and tried it and I absolutely love it. I dont need to worry about the dog hair everywhere and not get pick up on the rug. I just wish the size of vacuum is a little bit compact.

I really like the suction and have therefore try to talk myself into keeping it. However, as Im getting very near the return by date, Im afraid Im going to have to return it. It is just too heavy for this 75-year-old young lady. I like many of the features such as the snap out wand. However I think it would be better if it had a way to make the wand longer because it can be awkward to reach some places. I couldnt do my whole flight of stairs. Im also not crazy about the crevice tool. Its a little too wide to go in some places such as the runs of sliding doors. Again if you want good suction its amazing. If it were much lighter I would probably keep it.

A bit cumbersome but overall an excellent vacuum- if it is durable and lasts, it will be a 5 star
