This is a great vacuum cleaner and moves smoothly.... looks like a different color than what was pictured in the picture but its even better. Thanks its great!

Does well but I need to get used to the swivel head. I also wish it was lighter.

First off- if you are even considering buying this… do it! My life is so much easier because of this sweeper! I bought it because we have three dogs, and lots of carpet, including on the stairs. I was hopeful that it would make it a little easier to vacuum the stairs with this. I could not be more blown away by the reach on the wand! I had the vacuum at the bottom of the stairs and could reach the very top without any issues. It didn’t even lose suction power. My husband was the first to use this and his exact words were “holy crap that thing SUCKS” in this case suck is a good thing! We had vacuumed with our old one the day before and after he used this one in 1 room, he had a bin full of dog hair. We have three dogs that shed a lot and this product is a life saver! 20/10 would recommend.

I’ve been searching for a new vacuum for a while. One that has really good suction that would pick up my cats fur on the rugs and this vacuum is by far the best I’ve ever used! It’s actually incredible what this machine can do. When you think your rug is clean, it’s not! It gets EVERYTHING out of the rug that you can’t see! It was so easy to assemble and I love the retractable cord! If you’re looking for a good and powerful vacuum, this is the one!

I selected this vacuum because of its high ratings and features. When I first plugged it in and turned it on, there was a very strong smell of burning rubber. I turned it off immediately. I contacted the Bissell chat line but they were of little help. I was all set to return it to Amazon because Ive never had a new vacuum with a smell. But first I decided to check the belt. You have to take out 7 small screws to get the bottom plate off. The belt was fine so I turned it on again. The smell was still there but its gradually dissapated. So I decided to keep it. For the first whole apartment vacuuming, it did a good job. Easy manueverability and good suction. The pet tool and crevice tools worked well. I thought the automatic cord rewind was more trouble than it was worth. Would not want that feature again. I like to support Bissell because of all the pet causes they sponsor, like yearly free adoptions at the shelter. I volunteer with cats at a shelter and lines are out the door on Bissell adoption days. If I change my mind about this purchase in the future, I will update my review.

I live in a windy dusty area between an oil refinery and a carbon plant. Historically our state is known for dust, so combating this has always been a chore. I vacuumed this morning with my old vacuum like i do every morning and it was the same old amount as normal. I got my new vacuum 3 hours later and wow. I could not believe the amount of fine dust it pulled out of the carpet that my old vacuum couldnt. I swear this vacuum was pulling dirt up from the ground under the house. I absolutely love the detachable wand handle it has. Made quick work of going around all the baseboards and it could even reach to the corners of the ceiling! I also love how easy it turns to go round furniture. While im pretty sure my cat would give it a negative star as he was rudely awoken from his beauty nap, He did enjoy the box it came in. I personally would give it ten stars if i could.

Its a good vacuum, but is not very easy to maneuver - especially when vacuuming under a table, for example a coffee table. I also wish the extension allowed for more height as it is a little difficult to reach dust on the ceiling.

So, we have 3 dogs and a bunny in an apartment. As you can imagine, there is A LOT of pet hair. Our last vacuum gave up on us, so I decided to order this one due to it being designed especially for pets. It works like a dream! My husband and I are praising it every time we use it. We both love it and it is perfect for the needs of our household!

I like the swivel to clean around and under furniture. Powerful enough for picking up pet hair. Easy to use tools, easy to clean canister. Will definitely buy again.
