I have tested most other options and this one has the best suction, easiest cleaning and largest waste water and solution storage. Worth the extra bucks!

I dont know why its called Proheat. There is no heating involved. The instructions say to fill with hot tap water. So less it doesnt clean as well and takes longer to dry. Very disappointed after reading all of the glowing reviews.

Would I but it again, NO. Use a shop vac instead. The brush at the end of the hose is not very helpful. Just get yourself a good scrub brush (appropriate for the material you are working with), use generously use their solution (or whatever solution you want) in a spray bottle and then a shop vac. You will get better results this way and faster drying since the shop vac will remove more of the solution.

This is great for surface stains and all around cleaning things you never thought you could, however, the suction isn’t great. I did what it said, sprayed water/formula on, I let it sit for a sec, and then suctioned up, and then sprayed, scrubbed and suctioned up, surface stains come right up, but there’s still a wet spit even after you suction all the water it can get out, and not like damp, like I could do this in a towel and probably still wring out some water after. It does what it says, I just expected there to be more suction
