Thought I had upgraded when my original Green Machine quit. This pet version is easy to use, but badly designed. Dumping and adding water holes are very small, covered in rubber tops that are awkward

For $150 and a name like ProHeat, I expected it to heat the water. I should have read the fine print. You can find this cheaper elsewhere without the ProHeat label. If you get your tap water hot before you start, its not bad. Our dog was old, and having trouble holding her bladder, so we kept this filled and ready-to-go, which means the water was nearly always room temperature. The suction power helps make up for the fact its not heated, but youd be better off passing this up and getting a real steam cleaner.

It worked great twice than no suction . Its been a real pain trying to get a replacement or my money back. They offered 30$ which isnt even half of what I paid so buyer beware

This is great for surface stains and all around cleaning things you never thought you could, however, the suction isn’t great. I did what it said, sprayed water/formula on, I let it sit for a sec, and then suctioned up, and then sprayed, scrubbed and suctioned up, surface stains come right up, but there’s still a wet spit even after you suction all the water it can get out, and not like damp, like I could do this in a towel and probably still wring out some water after. It does what it says, I just expected there to be more suction

Use it for furniture and carpet. With three pets we need it. Just wish the vacuum would be stronger. I filled it up three times and this is the level of dirty water it sucked up.

It sucks up great; however, the tube with the dirty waste leaks and leaked back into my carpet. I couldnt figure out why I didnt have anything to discard until I saw a pool of dirty water under it. Now my carpet is worse. :/ so upset
