It worked great twice than no suction . Its been a real pain trying to get a replacement or my money back. They offered 30$ which isnt even half of what I paid so buyer beware

Thought I had upgraded when my original Green Machine quit. This pet version is easy to use, but badly designed. Dumping and adding water holes are very small, covered in rubber tops that are awkward

The product came in worn out and incomplete the used box came broken at the same time and when plugged in there was an electrical leak the product was garbage

It does ok, if you need something to get out heavy use crude buy something else.

I had used the stand up vacuum from my sister but dont have as much carpet space in my new house but wanted something comparable b/c I loved hers. I bought this to have something I could use for my dog. I love this thing so much, and I love the heating aspect. I would buy this product over and over again.

Good suction, good cleaning, easy to get out and put away as needed. However, after the first 2 or 3 days of use it has a nasty smell, which I assume is whatever I cleaned out of my carpet, but for whatever reason I cannot rid the machine of emitting the smell with each subsequent use.

Lightweight,compact,easy to use. Excellent for cleaning up after large puppy

Borrowed this machine from my daughter and fell in love with it. Had to buy one for myself since I have a grand dog that likes to use my carpet instead of the grass outside. This little green machine is awesome along with the solution takes all stains and odors out of my carpet.

I used on my couches but the suction must of not been that great as my couch ended up not completely getting all the water out and having a mildew odor. You will really have to go slow and the hose attachment for suction is on the smaller side so it takes forever. My back was killing me after getting the things I needed done. If the head attachment on house was larger it could have made the process quicker. It is okay but not a big fan of this product
