Bissell Little Green ProHeat Pet Full-Size Floor Cleaning Appliances

I opened my box and put my cleaner together, checked out the paper and notified I’m missing two pieces. Not only that, but, you can clearly tell someone opened the box and taped it back up.

Mediocre at best, I purchased this machine expecting pro HEAT to mean the water would actually get hot, and then it might suck up dirty water... the water gets luke warm at best, and 95% of the water you just sprayed all over your couch stays on the couch. Waste of money!

Started to leak from the bottom of the hose. the tank was full of gross water ( not over the fill line) and got all over my floor. What a mess to clean up. Everything wad screwed on tight not happy

For $150 and a name like ProHeat, I expected it to heat the water. I should have read the fine print. You can find this cheaper elsewhere without the ProHeat label. If you get your tap water hot before you start, its not bad. Our dog was old, and having trouble holding her bladder, so we kept this filled and ready-to-go, which means the water was nearly always room temperature. The suction power helps make up for the fact its not heated, but youd be better off passing this up and getting a real steam cleaner.

First machine leaked dirty water. Replacement machine was not the same model. Replacement squirts shampoo out of each side of the brush instead of where you are trying to shampoo. Bissell won’t replace it now $139 later. Save your money and buy a different brand. Avoid Bissell.

Llego muy mal embalado, no tenia bien puestos los cartones de protección, parece un producto usado más que nuevo, venia muy sucio, rayado, con piezas sueltas, realmente en muy mal estado. Solicité la devolución de inmediato.

Is a life saver with a new puppy. Easy to use but could use more suction.

Does pretty good on stairs, and mattresses

This worked great the first two times….followed all cleaning directions and now it leaks from the hose where it connects to the dirty water compartment. Too late to return. Very disappointed

I dont know why its called Proheat. There is no heating involved. The instructions say to fill with hot tap water. So less it doesnt clean as well and takes longer to dry. Very disappointed after reading all of the glowing reviews.
