Overall it does the job. However the dirty water sucked into the tube leaks where the tubes end joint to the body. It leaks the dirty soap water all over the floor. Hopefully the manufacturer would do something about it.

Lightweight. Easy to carry, Grest for pet urine stains.

Gets the stains out but needs more suction.

I bought this to clean some chairs that I don’t want to get rid of and I’m happy to report that it did a fantastic job! It definitely had more suction power then I expected. My chairs look and smell brand new now. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

It does not heat the water, or even keep the water warm. We were shocked when we discovered this. Blatantly false advertising. We will not buy another Bissell product. It works OK, but the hose is very short so you have to basically carry it around as you go. All the parts feel like cheap plastic.

I got this one because I liked that I was supposed to warm up the water but it doesn’t. Still do a good job anyways

Im not sure what all the hype is about for this. The suction is pretty low and ineffective.

This cleaner does what it promises! Its really easy to use, you just need to add water, and the cleaning solution, and start cleaning. Just be careful, the upholstery ends up wet, so you need to leave it ventilated. Highly recommend it.

The only reason it is 4/5 is because you have to buy all the heads separately. For the price it should come with at least 2 different heads to use...
