I love this cleaner. We have a senior cat who vomits a lot. This gets it all up likety split. So easy to carry and use. I won’t ever be without one again.

For $150 and a name like ProHeat, I expected it to heat the water. I should have read the fine print. You can find this cheaper elsewhere without the ProHeat label. If you get your tap water hot before you start, its not bad. Our dog was old, and having trouble holding her bladder, so we kept this filled and ready-to-go, which means the water was nearly always room temperature. The suction power helps make up for the fact its not heated, but youd be better off passing this up and getting a real steam cleaner.

This cleaner does what it promises! Its really easy to use, you just need to add water, and the cleaning solution, and start cleaning. Just be careful, the upholstery ends up wet, so you need to leave it ventilated. Highly recommend it.

This was disgusting. The item came USED when I bought it new - not just used but dirty and had nasty hair inside. I bought a new product and received a nasty used one. I would like to receive a new one - LIKE WHAT I BOUGHT. I’m going to add photos to show the nasty hair and hard water spots. Absolutely gross and I wanted to puke from the hair in the item.

Good suction, good cleaning, easy to get out and put away as needed. However, after the first 2 or 3 days of use it has a nasty smell, which I assume is whatever I cleaned out of my carpet, but for whatever reason I cannot rid the machine of emitting the smell with each subsequent use.

Works well but handle broke after the 3rd use! A little disappointed contacting manufacture and hopefully they have a solution!

Started to leak from the bottom of the hose. the tank was full of gross water ( not over the fill line) and got all over my floor. What a mess to clean up. Everything wad screwed on tight not happy
