Greater than one weekThese are actually really nice for making LED signs! I have used them with my cnc as well as with my laser engravers - Diode lasers do have a really hard time cutting through clear acrylic, but it isn’t impossible (I needed to target a little lower for my focus on my Neje40640 to get a cut, but for my co2 laser these are a breeze to use and come nice without any surface defects! - Would totally get these again! 9.9/10!

> 3 dayOne of the biggest disappointments I found with my diode laser cutter (XTool D1 10 watt) was that it couldn’t cut clear acrylic - the beam just passes straight through. But that was offset by the fact that opaque colors were easily cut. These sheets are ideal for multiple uses, although I mainly use them to verify cut files before sending them out to a service bureau for cutting in metal. I find a cut speed of 2mm per second and 3 passes works great to cut completely through the material with my 10 watt laser. Engraving can be done much faster. This is superb material for use in lasers. The cut is extremely thin, allowing for very efficient usage. It is substantial enough for most uses, but lightweight and flexible. If you have a diode laser, this is the right material for you.

> 3 dayThis is a very nice piece of Acrylic. I am a woodworker and use Acrylic sheets to make home made jigs for my wood working projects. This piece is almost to nice for what i WILL USE IT FOR.

> 3 dayI thought they were going to be a little more translucent but Im still happy with it. I got them to try & cut some things out with my laser. Ive been having a hard time trying to get the settings for materials correct in order to do cuts but these are a little softer and when I found the correct number of passes it cut cleanly & Im super happy with that. The only thing is they are NOT 12x12. They are right at 11 ¹¹/16 x 11 ¹¹/16.

> 3 dayI got these for a logo project Im making with the laser. The scattering on this is such that it is very difficult to cut with a 20 watt 455 nm diode laser. It engraves nicely and will cut smaller pieces, but for large pieces (I was doing about 6 x 6 inch parts), the kerf cools down and the material re-flows during a pass so you never get a through cut, no matter how many passes you attempt (I stopped at 11). Because of the scattering with this color, fine details are lost as well because the scattering heats and removes material beyond the normal laser kerf. Update: I will give credit to the company. I was contacted and offered a refund for this product. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

16-11-2024I purchased this to try to make earrings with on my laser engraver. I tested out the material on both a 10watt diode laser and a 45watt CO2 laser. The 10watt did an OK job. A little rough around the edges but i think it is due to the laser limitations. I made the same item using a CO2 laser and it cut like butter. So smooth and crisp. Overall, the material was packaged REALLY well and had zero flaws. I will definitely be buying this again in the future.
