> 3 dayAcrylic is exactly as expected. Glossy and scratch free. Comes with a protective coating on both sides that needs to be removed. I had zero issues cutting with my 10W diode laser

> 3 dayI ordered the 12”x12” by 1/5” sheets. 1/5” was thicker than I needed however the next thickness down was not available as clear transparent. Delivery was fast and the packing excellent. Inside the Amazon box was another custom sized box, and the sheets were inside a padded sleeve too. Each sheet was covered on both sides with a protective film. These will not get damaged in shipping. If you are using these for cutting and shaping for your own projects you will be very happy. I was actually intending to use them as-is for display purposes and liked the well finished edges and rounded corners shown on the images in the Amazon description. However, in reality , the corners were not rounded and the cut edges had not been finished in any way. It’s hard to see in my pictures , but it is clearly different to the last two images in the advertising material, I am guessing they used a computer generated graphic rather than the real product and I felt it to be a bit misleading. The edges were an issue for my use case, but really the clarity and quality of the surfaces is more important for most use cases , hence 4 stars rather than any less.

> 3 dayI thought they were going to be a little more translucent but Im still happy with it. I got them to try & cut some things out with my laser. Ive been having a hard time trying to get the settings for materials correct in order to do cuts but these are a little softer and when I found the correct number of passes it cut cleanly & Im super happy with that. The only thing is they are NOT 12x12. They are right at 11 ¹¹/16 x 11 ¹¹/16.

> 3 dayHard to tell on a black background but it is slightly opaque. That ends up being a bit different on black than say the red but still ok. Used this for some lettering on a glitter gold background and came out fantastic. This is the 4th color I have gotten from X tool and all have been exactly as described. Definitely will continue to pick these up.

> 3 dayI have been using various other materials to cut with my blue laser system. This plastic was amazing - the results were clean cut edges and very little melting.

Greater than one weekI got a new 60W laser cutter so this was my test for cutting Acrylic. It etched well, I found that 10% power at 100 mm/s is about right. I used a little higher power for the piece in the picture and its etched a little deeper than I was going for. 1/5 is a little thick for for this laser so it took two passes at 95% power and 10 mm/s to cut it but the cut came out fine that way.

> 3 dayI used these and some red ones like them to build dividing walls under my cabinets so the under sink chemicals werent open to the pots and pans under the countertop. I cut them to size and glued them together and was able to get a nice finished product so Im happy.

> 3 dayI am really excited about this acrylic! As a small business owner who runs a craft/laser shop, I spend far too much time researching acrylic options. It’s nice to have thinner options for use with layering, and with light weight earrings. However the majority of the offerings on the market are either 1/8” or 1/4” thick, with the occasional offerings in the 1/16” category. This is the first 1/25” I’ve seen! So excited about it. I was curious if it would be almost TOO thin, but it has still has a decent weight to it. My one caveat is that 70% of laser mishaps involve burning acrylic, and the thinner the acrylic the easier to catch it on fire. Watch this one like a hawk while using, and definitely start on the faster speed and lower powder side of your settings.
