I got a new 60W laser cutter so this was my test for cutting Acrylic. It etched well, I found that 10% power at 100 mm/s is about right. I used a little higher power for the piece in the picture and its etched a little deeper than I was going for. 1/5 is a little thick for for this laser so it took two passes at 95% power and 10 mm/s to cut it but the cut came out fine that way.

I ordered the 12”x12” by 1/5” sheets. 1/5” was thicker than I needed however the next thickness down was not available as clear transparent. Delivery was fast and the packing excellent. Inside the Amazon box was another custom sized box, and the sheets were inside a padded sleeve too. Each sheet was covered on both sides with a protective film. These will not get damaged in shipping. If you are using these for cutting and shaping for your own projects you will be very happy. I was actually intending to use them as-is for display purposes and liked the well finished edges and rounded corners shown on the images in the Amazon description. However, in reality , the corners were not rounded and the cut edges had not been finished in any way. It’s hard to see in my pictures , but it is clearly different to the last two images in the advertising material, I am guessing they used a computer generated graphic rather than the real product and I felt it to be a bit misleading. The edges were an issue for my use case, but really the clarity and quality of the surfaces is more important for most use cases , hence 4 stars rather than any less.

The color is very bright and beautiful. The quality is wonderful- no scratches. It came packaged great as well.

For some reason the under sink area in my kitchen is one long run so theres nothing dividing the under sink storage (cleaning supplies) from the under counter storage (pots, pans, etc). No idea why it was left like this but I want it separated and thought this would be perfect to build a little wall out of. I ordered this and some clear ones and was able to cut them to size and glue them together. They were easy to work with and Im happy with the final product!

These acrylic sheets work really well with my Glowforge! I just used the Glowforge settings for the medium clear acrylic and it worked just fine. These sheets did come with cut and engrave recommended settings which was nice, but it was easier for me to just use GF settings. These sheets are masked on both sides, though it isnt easy to tell right away as only one side is masked with the usual brown paper type of masking tape and the other is masked with a clear film that is pretty difficult to remove. It does come off with some picking though so dont give up! :) I did notice that the paper masking seemed to burn fairly easily as the masking has a lot of bubbles in it, and wherever theres an air pocket, flame can show up. As you can see from my images, I got a fairly substantial flare up which kind of spooked me. I decided to try flipping the acrylic and cutting from the other side just to see if that helped...do NOT cut on the side with the clear film! The resulting cut is fine, but the engrave looks awful as the plastic film just kind of melts into it. Somewhat expected, but I still wanted to try it just for grins. See the 3rd photo to see the results of this experiment. The piece on the left was cut with the clear film side up. The one on the right was paper masking up. The only other thing I was a little bummed about is that the frosted aspect of this acrylic isnt a very dense frosted effect. Fairly light and see through and only one side actually is frosted, the other side is just plain clear smooth acrylic. I was hoping for something with a little more frostiness but thats okay, not a huge deal for my needs. Otherwise, really great product for a more affordable price than the Proofgrade stuff!

Needed a true red for some heart earrings and this was perfect. Easy to laser cut. Great quality.

I purchased this to try to make earrings with on my laser engraver. I tested out the material on both a 10watt diode laser and a 45watt CO2 laser. The 10watt did an OK job. A little rough around the edges but i think it is due to the laser limitations. I made the same item using a CO2 laser and it cut like butter. So smooth and crisp. Overall, the material was packaged REALLY well and had zero flaws. I will definitely be buying this again in the future.

Worked great with my laser cutter! I had to paint it with black acrylic to be able to cut it.

These are actually really nice for making LED signs! I have used them with my cnc as well as with my laser engravers - Diode lasers do have a really hard time cutting through clear acrylic, but it isn’t impossible (I needed to target a little lower for my focus on my Neje40640 to get a cut, but for my co2 laser these are a breeze to use and come nice without any surface defects! - Would totally get these again! 9.9/10!
