BLACK+DECKER Steam Mop, White (HSM13E1)

It cleans. It wasn’t advertised as having a mile long cord. Or for having easy cord storage. Giving it 2 stars for nothing?

The mop only picks up dirt where the pad is attached with velcro. Pad looked like this after mopping an entry hall, a half bath, and part of the kitchen. I’ve had furniture movers in an out of the house and contractors too. Disappointing especially because l have always trusted the Black & Decker.

This is easy to use and it works really well. We love it.

This is used, not new. Beware because the product description does not show that.

I really like this mop! This mop is lightweight; and really easy to use. I cleaned my floors very fast with the continuous steam. Worked great on tile floors and hardwood floors!

Didnt deep clean. Pad is thin and flimsy. Handle doesnt stand on its own

I absolutely love this steamer. Its lightweight and very easy to use. It starts to steam in a few seconds.

Purchased a new Steam Mop. In the description of components it claims to have one pad. As we opened and set up the mop. No pads where found.

Got it for my mother in law, if she liked it she would have said something but she didn’t complain so
