> 3 dayThis mop didn’t even last 10 months! This mop ends up not working. It starts up and then it stops, and so on. What a waste of money! Black and Decker sells cheap mops so yourself a favor and do not buy this product. I spent this much money on a mop who can’t even work for a year!

Greater than one weekClean floors are my thing!!! I dont know why anyone is still using an old-fashioned mop. This one is perfect for now because it is eco-friendly and kills germs/bacteria/viruses. Its lightweight and very simple to use. The pads can be washed and reused. The white color goes with every possible home decor. Its slim, so it can be mounted behind a door. I HIGHLY recommend this steam mop. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this review. I hope the information that Ive provided makes your decision a little easier.

> 3 dayDo not buy this product unless you live in a 600 ft² home. The cord is way too short, The part that holds the water is very small, The product is slightly heavier than I thought it would have been. Just not the product I would spend money on ever again.

Greater than one weekI’m always reluctant to purchase anything on Amazon with zero customer reviews but I took a chance. This is the third steamer I’ve owned and it’s ok. Not great. Not terrible. Just ok. Pros: good price. on/off button and steam button. Good height so I don’t have to hunch over. Seems sturdy. Cons: you have to hold under faucet to fill water reservoir. Power Cord is too short and I have to use an extension cord. Only comes with one pad. In short, It works but floors have been cleaner with other steamers I’ve owned.

16-11-2024This steamer works really well and was easy to use especially as a first-time steamer user! I wish the cord was a bit longer and the pads a bit thicker but I really like using this product.

> 3 daythis is pretty good steam mop for the price. the only thing i dont like is it only comes with one cleaning pad that isnt very absorbent. but overall it works pretty well. the plastic is pretty cheap so i feel like i have to be careful taking it apart to refill with water, etc.

> 3 dayWorked for a good month and then stopped. I poured in vinegar to help decalcify and then started using distilled water. That did the trick. (For now). We’ll see if it continues to work…
