Blues Brothers

This is a gem. This is one of the few musicals(besides the Marx Brothers) that I will watch. It is, however, more than just a musical. This is a film that has everything. There is comedy, music, classic Belushi, and one of the most elaborate car chases ever filmed.This is one that ranks right up there with Stripes, Caddyshack, Meatballs, and Animal House.Watch for Steven Spielberg cameo towards the end.(His only lines:May I help you? and here is youre receipt.)

What a great film! It has a decent plot, a lot of comedy but also some more serious moments. Lots of familiar faces and great music.

A highly entertaining movie- laughs from beginning to end. Combining the story line with some of the best musicians of the period was perfect...it has deservedly become a cult classic...Belushi & Aykroyd are magic...what a combination of talent- unfortunately with Belushis death it can only be relived in past performances. This film epitomizes the extent of their individual and combined talent.

Still excellent after all these years

my husband was shocked to see that i bought him this movie. we watched it immediately and it was in great condition! theres no reason to buy $20 movies at best buy.
