I really liked these headsets, I found them very hand to use during my conf call meetings. The audio is good and my voice sounds clear to the audience. It comes with 3 sizes of silicone ear adapter, I’m using the medium. One thing to note is that you don’t need to insert inside your ear canal to sound properly, and that makes the headset comfortable to use during prolonged hours. The headset is very handy, as you can use on right or left ear, you just need to turn the mic boom and ear bud to adjust, according to your preference. I strongly recommend these, especially on this price point.

Over the years, I’ve owned numerous wireless earbuds that I use when cycling, walking, listening to music/podcasts, and making phone calls. I’ve owned high end brands as well as lower cost economy earbuds. No matter what brand I owned the one thing that all the devices could never do well at all was making phone calls where the person I was talking to could hear me clearly. I found myself having to revert to taking off the earbuds and talking into the phone directly. All the earbuds I’ve owned utilized jawbone conduction and have been terrible for picking up your voice for phone calls. The ZUKUMU A14 wireless earbuds utilizes an external HD microphone that fix the issue of terrible voice quality on phone calls and makes this a must for those who spend a lot of time on the phone. As a test I called my normal clients who always complained about the voice quality when I use wireless headsets and didn’t tell them I was testing a new headset. They all heard me fine and really liked the audio quality. If you work on the phone and must type on a keyboard simultaneously, this product performed perfectly. Another plus is that I can maintain several different sets of earbuds and switch from one to the other seamlessly. Battery power can last up to 2 days without a charge and the case allows for easy docking of the headphone outside the case. I found the ZUKUMU A14 to be a perfect companion to my array of wireless headphones and give this product a 5 star review.

This is just what I needed for work! I have small ears and it sits where I want and I can hear without discomfort!

Small and compact and perfect for calls!

I am an advit user of the handsfree Ear Piece it gives me the ability to conduct business while driving without having to handle my phone. I have bought several other ear pieces that promise to last for hours and then find out they do not last long at all. I would have to pit the ear piece back on the charger mid calls which can be nerve wrecking to say the least. This ear piece has held up to its description i have yet to put this ear piece back on the charger and i have used it for two straight days.. Thank you for creating a device that dies what it is suppose to do..... Robert

I love good earphones as I enjoy listening to music! This is great because its One that fits comfortable over either side. Its adjustable to go over left or right ear. Upon opening it, it seemed as if it would be heavy, however while wearing it, its almost as if youre not because its so light. I wish the base of it wasnt so noticable and was thinner. Sound quality is great. When I speak to people on the phone they say its good quality, not too much background distraction or noise. I like the 3 way charging capability. I especially enjoy using this when Im laying in bed watching movies on my tablet because I can lay on either side and still hear whats going on around me. The fit for me is okay, wish that was better but I can manage
